6+2 wks,bleed since sunday,hormone levels 880- how bad?

Went for blood test cos of slight(now increased) bleed (also now periody pains on left). Was tols my preg homone levels were 880 and need to do blood test again wednesday morning. Just passed a bigger clot and wondering HOW bad this is.Micarriage on the way? Can I go through that at home safely?Cervical erosion and poss settle later? It's the clot that worries me now more then ever. Do you ever pass clot when you have cervial erosion?Please talk freely,have had 2 miscarriages so can pick myself up again.

I wish someone would come along who knows about HCG levels, I am useless at that kind of thing!

I believe a lot of people do go through it at home, especially if it is inevitable, ie can't be stopped.

Could you perhaps go back to your early pregnancy unit and ask hem to do a scan?

I'm sorry, but if you are sure your dates are right 880 is really quite low that combined with the clots obviously is not good. Of course I might be wrong.

I'm sorry you are so distressed lala. I've had a cervical erosion several times, but never had blood clots from that. I haven't had erosions whilst pregnant(so it could be that I'm talking rubbish), I have though, had 2 mc's and they were clotty, but you don't really need me or anyone else to tell you that do you...I hope, for you that it is nothing to worry about. I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I can't possibly say what is going on as it could still go either way so don't lose hope. There are lots of threads on here from women who have had heavy bleeds- some went on to have successful pgs and others reulted in mc . I have had a mc that involved clots and what I assume was a cervical erosion as I bled about 10 weeks (no clots though)that resulted in ds.
Of course you want this pg to work out so stay positive and keep the knowledge that you are being monitored and getting the best treatment you can. The not knowing is horrible and I sympathise

My mc was about a similar stage and I had little treatment, did it at home and coped OK. My EPU wouldn't scan because of the stage of pg so I had to wait 2 weeks then do another pg test at home and if still + go back- I knew I had passed everything so I didn't have to worry about going back.

Dates are right-early sacn last week confirmed 5+4.Just know that with my last miscarriage that it was all forced thru a closed cervix-really painful,loads blood and crappy hospital treatment. You think everything can come out naturally without visit to hospital?

I've had two early miscarriages at home - didn't see a doctor either time.Probably not a particularly good idea, but it worked for me. Could you ring the doctor or the hospitaland talk to someone about what you should do? Thinking about you - be gentle with yourself.

I can't really remember how long mine took - I think about 5 or 6 hours until the pain stopped and the bleeding became more period-like. You know of course, to use towels not tampons, don't you?

If you feel at all unwell, dizzy, or flu-y or if the bleeding gets very heavy then you must get yourself to the hospital - you must promise to do that.

Did u pass "the sac and all" u think within those 5/6 hours?Deffo using pads.

I passed sac etc within 24 hours x

I've seen the sac before around 7/8 weeks and no mistaking what it was-same for you?

PS.What would be the dangers of staying at home?

PS 2.When would I know it's ok to use painkillers?Meaning no harming potentially still ok pregnancy after all (doubtful really)?

I had a complete MC at 11 weeks and was at home for that, after the initial scan at the EPU, but I'd already passed what I can only assume was the sac (too scared to look in the loo, but DH did and wouldn't talk about it). It was pretty horrible and I kept testing positive for about two weeks after. I had another mc, this time at six weeks and didn't get a scan as the pg test at the EPU was negative, so I guess a chemical pregnancy.

saying all of that there are so many stories on here of heavy bleeding and everything has been ok, so try not to get too despondent.

Just concerned-rather do it at home but obviously I'm no professional at not sure what dangers could be involved with staying at home.All stories are helping me so please kep on coming!
