Just thought I'd help myself, and everyone else who welcomes it to do at least 2 sets of 5 or 10 a day.
Please bump this thread if you want every few days.

I-must-do-more-pelvic-floor!

etc.
Good Luck and have fun!

this should be in health- we have to do them for the REST OF OUR LIVES, sisters!

BroccoliSpears · 29/02/2008 18:53

Today I did pelvic floor AND stomach muscle exercises at 8.00, 10.00, 12.00, 2.00, 4.00 and 6.00.

ThePFJ · 01/03/2008 22:28

It's like one of those neverending tasks in Greek mythology.

babylove21 · 02/03/2008 20:36

i can remember doing these postnatal and it sure is much harder with a football pushing down on the bits your trying to squeeze together!

ThePFJ · 03/03/2008 06:13

Don't forget:
to pull in your anus,
tighten your 'bits' (like you are trying to stop weeing),
and then pull your buttocks together with every excercise.
Apparently this is the 'Whole Pelvic Floor' and it won't work well unless you do the buttock thing.
I haven't been bringing my ass cheeks together... so I learnt something new today.

P.S. I learnt it from watching 'Dawn Gets a Baby' on BBC iplayer. Check it out before it expires in 5 days. If its jumpy press download as you watch and it wont do that.
