@Chellooo great news! How exciting, congrats

End of 1st trimester for so many of us i hope the sickness is easing up for a lot of you and we will get to enjoy the next few months

Had a 10 week scan today due to some spotting and little baby is definitely looking like a baby now! All is looking very healthy and measuring right on time, I’m so chuffed we’ve already made it this far, I have so much faith this time for all of us ❤️

Does anyone else have their 12 week scan this week? Mines tomorrow and I’m so scared! I’ve had food poisoning recently and was absolutely floored by it. Scared it’s somehow harmed little one 😩

Hello, I had my 12 week scan today and the sonograoher noticed a cyst on my ovary measuring 48 x 44 x 25 mm. Has anyone else experienced this or know anyone who has? I'm Googling like mad but Dr Google isn't being very helpful! Thank you

@ElleBurton88 i had a scan at 7 weeks and there was a cyst similar size on my left ovary, they said I ovulated from there and it is normal and not to worry! I had a scan last week at 11w3d & the cyst was still there, marginally smaller but no concern from the sonographer! Hope that reassured you. The first sonographer said it should decrease during pregnancy. My 12 week is on Thursday, so I’ll ask again & let you know what they say! X

@Udford yes mine is tomorrow too. I hadnt been feeling anxious but the last few days have been slightly nerve wrecking. hoping all is well and we have good news tomorrow. My SIL had food poisoning (we all did) when she was 6 months and all was well, I think at this early stage the baby doesn't feel it, theyre ensconce in our tummies. Also think about all the women who drink and smoke until they find out two months down the line and all turns out well. You've got this !

@ElleBurton88 just googled it too and most of what im reading points to it being normal and harmless. are you in pain or bleeding at all? if not, then id say its probably one of those that just go away on their own. have you had your booking appointment? If not, id bring it up then with your midwife

That's really nice to know and if you don't mind I really would love to know if it is smaller on Thursday.

Yeah mine is Friday and starting to worry now too. Esp as going alone. Wishing you all good things for tomorrow @Udford !

@ElleBurton88 i also have a cyst on my left ovary that was found at my 7 weeks scan and similar to @Mldn i was told it was related to me ovulating from that side and not to worry about it! My 12 week scan isn’t until 9th May so I will be interested to see if it has shrunk.

Hey, lovely to see so many positive scan news recently!
I am currently 8+6, had a scan at 7+3 and all was perfect, this helped ease my anxiety for about 2 days! 🙈
this morning My breasts don’t feel as heavy as they have been over past few weeks and seem to have reduced in size - anyone experienced fluctuating symptoms related to breast size? I’m still feeling nauseous but can’t help worry x

No pain but i can feel it's there, maybe that's normal for a 5cm cyst. I wasn't worried when the cyst was picked up on my private 9+6 scan but the size of it at my 12 (12+6) scan surprised me.20 weeks feels like a long time to wait to see if it's growing or reducing in size but I guess that means the doctor isn't overly concerned.

@Hopewishprayer I am in a similar place to you. I am 9 + 3 today by early scan date, 8 + 6 by LMP. Also had scan at 7 + 3.

On Sunday I had absolutely no sickness at all and was really worried all day. It came back on Monday but overall I feel is less strong so far than first pregnancy. I find my boobs heaviness and pain varies throughout the day x

@Tryingtoconceivenumber2 thank you, my nausea comes and goes which I know is normal but wasn’t sure if breast size fluctuating is also norma. This is my first pregnancy after 5 rounds of ivf and a MMC so extremely anxious!
good to know that you have found it to vary through the day, I’ll keep checking them throughout the day 😂

@Hopewishprayer @Tryingtoconceivenumber2 I am the same. Nausea is coming and going and changing in its type, felt ok yesterday morning but last night I felt horrendous. Headaches have really increased too the last few days. I'm 9+3, hopefully all will be ok Friday. Also my boobs are changing one day swollen and sore, the next not so much.
I have everything crossed for all of us xx

@Hopewishprayer sorry to hear you have had a long journey. It must have been very hard going through all those rounds of IVF.

This is my second pregnancy, have one DD and for some reason I feel I am more anxious this time. I can only imagine how hard it must be for you. Fingers crossed for both of us, I have another scan on 10th as having NIPT and it comes with scan so counting down the days! X

@NatGee it all went really well! Little bub is measuring bang on, with a strong heartbeat, and dancing away for its audience! It was such a massive relief to see it, like a huuuuge weight lifted off my shoulders xx

Why is maternity clothing so expensive?! Just need some trousers that aren't going to be painful to wear. Thank god for Vinted as I really don't want to be spending hundreds on a new wardrobe I'll only wear for the next 9-12 months 😏
