I'm 7 weeks pregnant and really struggling with this morning sickness. I didn't get it at all in my last pregnancy so I have no idea what is normal or not but for the last 3 weeks I have felt debilitatingly sick 24/7. There is no break from it. I feel worse when I'm hungry but as soon as I take a few mouthfuls of food I feel really nauseous again. Night times are the worst as I wake up feeling really sick and can't get back to sleep. Even drinking makes me feel awful. But I don't actually vomit that much, maybe 4 times a week or something. It's just the non stop feeling really sick and dizzy that's making me miserable.
Is it normal to feel like this?
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to help?
The thought of being like this for another 6 or 7 weeks is making me want to cry.

I'm praying that the same will happen for me and it'll all stop once I'm through the first trimester. I feel a bit pathetic complaining about it so much but I never thought about how debilitating feeling nauseous constantly could be.

Hopefully it will, honestly i still have memories of how awful the nausea feels day in day out. Waking up feeling like that and just lethargic all day it felt it would never get better.. but it will for you i hope just like it did for me. I remember posting on here and asking will this ever end? Honestly you're doing amazing.. just keep going u will get through it. You're carrying a life and you're doing your best everyday. It will get better.
