Maternity dress

Any recommendations for maternity wear? Looking for dress for partner's big birthday party. Restaurant and out for drinks, so I want to look nice, but doesn't need to be extravagant.
I'll be 13 weeks, but is my second, so really popped out and so booby already. Just bloat tho I think, not a bump.
Don't want to wear something really swampy, but my normal clothes don't fit! I'm short, so midi length looks awful on me!
Help!!!
Thanks!!

I got lots of my maternity wear from Asos and got some great things to wear when I went to weddings and a christening when I was pregnant.

I have some nice smart/casual dresses from Jojo in a soft jersey material. I find apps like Depop & Vinted can be great for finding nicer brand maternity wear at a more wallet friendly price!

My go-to is Seraphine- not cheap but you can get stuff on eBay, Vinted etc in really good condition for a decent price.

@AngeloMysterioso I love Seraphine, but agree not cheap!! Way too much for maternity wear. I've had a quick look on eBay, but will have a look at vinted too. Thanks!

I'd add Isabella Oliver to the list - also expensive, and I also buy on Vinted. I can't wear midi length either, which is certainly option limiting!

Do you know if you want to breastfeed? Tilbea, lyla and leche, house of hurrah do nice dresses that are bump friendly and also feeding friendly so you will get more wear out of them

I'm not showing yet (only 8 weeks) but last pregnancy almost all my maternity clothes came from Shein.

I've bought lots of seraphine from Vinted, all hardly worn/immaculate and 1/10th price of new. They can also be used as nursing dresses post pregnancy

I’ve hardly bought any maternity clothes, and instead been wearing wrap midi dresses from Popsy Clothing - I’m 36w and still wearing my pre-pregnancy size. I’ve been to weddings, big birthdays, Christmas parties etc and I’ve found something for every occasion. I’m super happy as I really didn’t want to have a load of clothes I wouldn’t wear again.
