Anyone else's child know they were pregnant before they did?

I have just got a positive test result

But last week DD was asking me whether I had a baby in my tummy and was most insistently demanding that I open up my belly button to show her whether there was someone in there.

Has anyone else had a similar experience??

Dd1, aged just 2, kept talking about "the baby". I asked which baby, and she said "the baby in your tummy".

a friend of mine at work (we work in a nursery), a child came up to her, placed head on her tummy and said baby. She was 6 weeks at the time and hadn't told anyone, was very strange!
