How long did it take you to concieve based on yours and your partner's age?

Hope ye are enjoying the weekend? Just wondering how long did it take everyone to concieve a healthy baby, based on yours and your partner's age?

Both 26 when I conceived. Took a year of occasional unprotected sex but was told I wouldn't be able to conceive naturally so we weren't trying. I'm so glad I went to the Dr about my menstrual cycle in my 20s and not in my 30s. If I waited until my 30s I may never have conceived, especially as fertility naturally declines in your 30s and a bigger decline in your late 30s and 40s.

Both 28 - 4 cycles but MC, then 1 cycle but MC, then 2 cycles and healthy pregnancy.

Both 31 - 4 cycles but MC, then 3 cycles and so far okay (early days still)

38 and 43, took 5 years but a lot of this was getting DEPO out of my system and we weren't trying every month. Also 2 m/c's in between. But healthy baby and trying for another x

DS- I was 29, DH was 30.
Took 3 cycles.

I was 33, DP was 45. Took 7 months after coming off the mini pill, but my periods hadn't returned properly yet for 4 months of that.

Started at 27-39 and we had our DS at 29 and 41 through IVF

I have 3 kids.
I was aged 35, 37 and 40 when I gave birth. Dh is 2 years younger.

I also had 4 mc in between.

For all 7 pregnancies I conceived 1st or 2nd cycle.

31 & 35 - 9 cycles

1st time I was 29 DH was 33 but that ended in miscarriage
2nd time I was just turned 30 and DH was 33
3rd time I was 32 and DH 36

38 (him)

About 20 mins, iirr.

I was 30 and he was 32 first time and it was a lovely surprise.

This time round, I’m 34 he’s 36 and took 3 cycles

First time I was 34. Happened first go. Second time I was 38. Happened on the second month of trying. Cannot stress how lucky I feel that it worked like this.

32 and 51.
Conceived on the 3rd cycle on the weekend he turned 52 😃

I'm 38 and he's 41, it took one very hungover accident.

Me 37, him 41, 6 cycles

Me 28, DH 32 - 1 cycle

DC1 - Me 36, him 43. 2 full cycles.
DC2 - Me 38, him 45. 1 full cycle.

me 34, dad 35. First cycle after implant removal.
my youngest me 21 dad 30 1year

42, 43, 1 cycle.

Wow so many people being lucky on first second cycle ....im just going into 3rd cycle now...feel like we did everything we could last month couldn't of done anymore lol

took ten months
currently 26 weeks

I was 32 and partner 33. I'd been on the pill for 17 years and was expecting it to take a while but it didn't. I fell pregnant after 2 cycles, but then miscarried. Only took another 2 cycles to get pregnant again, and thankfully that pregnancy was successful.

First pregnancy - 33F 35M - one month to conceive ended in miscarriage

Second pregnancy 33F 36M - two months to conceive - healthy son born

Third pregnancy 35F 38M - conceived immediately - miscarriage

Fourth pregnancy 36F 38M - conceived after one month - healthy son born

Thankyou so much me too 😪I no its only month 3 I'm going in to but can't help the disappointment of the af coming...and my age at 37 I feel it won't happen everyone's having babies around me too lol
