Am I likely to be the dad

So basically me and my gf split up and then at Christmas we met up and slowly started to give things ago, and it was going really well better than ever in fact,
whilst we were split up she slept with someone else I knew this so wasn’t an issue

anyway the first day of her last period is 14th December, she slept with them late on the 21st December around midnight so could say 22nd December

then we met up and had sex numerous times on the 26th and 27th

then also from the 3rd till the 7th then she went to hospital as had a bad uti that was a kidney infection and they tested her for pregnancy then (urine) but I don’t think this would rule out the date before it right ?

anyway she’s now found out she’s pregnant and by the dates I have no idea is the 22nd likely to be to early in the menstrual cycle

a little additional information is that her cycles vary and average at about 30 days
but some are as long as 35.
also her period ended the 19th December not sure if that helps

she’s booked an early detection scan but by what iv read that won’t really give any indication, I’m hoping it says it’s really young and it was concieved in January but I don’t know if it’s possible to ovulate that many days into your cycle

hope this makes sense, there was no protection or birth control used to be clear

Based on dates, likely yours but not guaranteed as sperm can live quite long

So having had sex with her unprotected.. you might as well say you have slept with that guy and every woman he has had unprotected sex with, plus the men she has had unprotected sex with.

Why?

If they’re all having unprotected sex, they all risk passing on anything they may have picked up.

Why don’t people use protection?

look I came asking for some advice and possibly to just see the likelihood as I over think as it is, Iv never had an sti and we have both tested since thanks

But you do know that having sex results in pregnancy.

And she knew that she had had unprotected sex with someone else - but went ahead and had unprotected sex with you.

Why don’t you just use protection? Why doesn’t she? Why doesn’t everyone who doesn’t want to be a parent or catch an STI?

You wouldn’t even be here asking this question if you had.

My daughter was conceived from sex on day 10. Didn't have sex again that cycle until about day 22.

Well hopefully they will learn how babies are made and how to prevent them OP makes it clear they weren't expecting pregnancy and the natural question is why not? Were you using protection? No? So what makes you think pregnancy ISNT a consequence of your actions?

Unprotected sex = pregnancy

Unprotected sex also = STIs some of which are life altering

You post on a public forum, you get the replies you get.

Moving forward OP, protection is a good idea. It prevents pregnancy and STIs. Neither of which are ideal when you and/or your partner are having sex with more than one person.

Meanwhile, a DNA test appears in order.

I conceived by IUI and had a similar cycle. No guarantees but most likely yours. Good luck

So I can kind of help with dates here. I had my period 28th jan up until 1st February. My ovulation day is the 6th but from the 2nd -8th I have a high chance of falling pregnant. This is like my fertile window but my cycle varies at a 23-25 month and I use the Flo app

You really need to learn how to use commas. OP hasn't indicated at any point that he is, in fact, Jesus.
