Hey just a general question, just wondering how many weeks pregnancy were you when you started your maternity leave 😁

Thanks

In my last job I was 37 weeks, though I think I could have done with going off a week or so sooner. The job involved long hours and lots of time on my feet. This time I’m in a much easier role so I’m thinking 38 weeks.

What are you thinking OP? When are you due?

I'm due on 16th July. Work in an office so alot of sitting down.

Thinking about starting maternity on 15th July and using my annual leave a few weeks before as the 'start' of my maternity.

So strange! I was going to post the same thing this evening! I'm due Wed 21st June (first baby) and planning starting my maternity leave on Mon 19th (39+5) but taking the week before off as annual leave and finishing on 9th June at 38+2.

Not sure if this is too late but I work from home 8 - 4?

What about you OP??

Very stressful office job went on maternity leave at around 36 weeks. Well technically had annual leave for 4 weeks and then my maternity leave started the day baby was due. Was good job too as baby came 2.5 weeks early so I barely got to enjoy any down time before he arrived!!
