Anyone due February? I know it’s super early but I’ve had my BFP at what I think is 8DPO so it looks like I’ll be due the first few days of February!

@RBSK1 i haven’t had my bloods yet, but I know I have a b12 deficiency! I have injections but suffer when when they are due! I’ve also missed my injection now due to covid so I’m going to try and get it done as soon as possible!

I went to the doctors this morning as my back has been absolutely agony - they dipped my urine and the test strip lit up like a Christmas tree! So confirmed kidney infection it looked and I've never felt pain like it! Got a weeks course of antibiotics so hopefully on the mend!

Checking back in because I had a second scan yesterday and all was fine! Measuring at 8 weeks so my EDD is 30 Jan.

Massively relieved.

I have a question I don’t think I’ve seen answered. So my tests are definitely positive within the time frame but by the next day the same test has gone blank so I’ve had to bin them.
eg. My clear blue digital said pregnant 1-2 but by the next day the test window was blank (I read online the result can stay for up to 6 months if positive). Because of this I did a cheap Tesco’s blue dye test yesterday which as attached, was positive within 2 mins, but today when I look at it, the positive line has disappeared? Everyone else seems to be able to keep their tests to show line progression, could this mean my level of HcG is weak?
Also, how on earth are people coping with being patient and finding out at 4 weeks but then nothing happens from midwife / scan wise for ages!!!
2 days feels like a lifetime lol!

Ps. To add, I have done a second tescos blue dye today, after waking up to see yesterdays test had faded considerably, which again is positive and looks the same as that last picture I’ve attached, and again it was positive within the 2 min window.

@Ellswells3 my clearblue digital went blank after about 24 hours - I put it down to the fact it has a battery so won't stay forever.

The dye tests I've kept mine from 3-4 weeks ago and they've all faded as they've dried so there is still progression but none of them as strong as they were originally.
I haven't tested since I was under 5 weeks due to the face it's easy to spiral and become obsessive

@Ellswells3 when I first tested positive the time felt like it was going really slowly, I had to wait 2 Weeks to even call the midwife at 6 weeks and then it’s another 2 weeks to first visit. Admittedly though after the first few weeks the time doesn’t drag as much for me. I think for me as soon as I got the positive I spent hours everyday on apps and websites and doing loads of searches everyday which slows time down, now I’m not doing that time feels a bit more normal.

@Ellswells3 I'm confident that's not you, it's just what happens to tests. Don't let that worry you

Thank you everyone for swooping in and reassuring me. I think we can all drive ourselves crazy. I am going to stop POAS until the weekend when I plan to do another digital to check it’s moved to 2-3 wks.

Still limited symptoms over here except insomnia and feeling hungrier than normal. Is that okay for between 5-6 weeks. Most of the time I forget I'm pregnant!!!!!!! So nervous about the early reassurance scan late next week.

@Ellswells3 my digitals all went blank the following day! I kept one to show my DH as I told him the day after finding out and I caught it just in time! It was literally there about 24 hours! The Frers for me the lines stayed, but other tests they disappeared!

@roarfeckingroarr ahh how beautiful🥰! I’m so glad you had good news! What a lovely scan picture too! I can’t wait for my next scan, I’m so anxious everything will be okay, but also hoping it’ll look more baby like from my one at 6 weeks 🤣!

@Peonies94 that reassures me so much thank you. I put so much hope into that digital test that when it went blank, it was almost like it wasn’t true that I was pregnant anymore!! Hence testing everyday since lol! I haven’t done any FRERs, buttttt based on what everyone has said I am going to stop testing as it’s just another thing to worry about!

@Ellswells3 thats the right thing to do! The tests will just drive you crazy! I was the same, I couldn’t stop testing until I had my first scan!

@CNizzle when Is your scan and how many weeks will you be? Time goes so slowly! I hope the whole pregnancy doesn’t drag like this!!

@Peonies94 it's on Monday, I'll be 8 weeks. I'm so nervous... amazed I've managed this far. It's almost exactly a year to the day since I had an 8 week scan and found a mmc.
Hopefully then I leave the IVF clinic & on to regular NHS 🤞🤞

Hi everyone, I'm 6 weeks today got my BFP 3 weeks ago! I have an 8 week scan at the IVF clinic in two weeks and I'm so anxious about it. Could I get the link to the facebook group?

@KC2022 yup, first baby and first pregnancy!

I feel like I'm doing too much at the moment.. at home im a school teacher but I need to convert my qualification over now I'm in Ireland and it's just so much faff I haven't got round to doing it yet. So I've taken a wee job elsewhere... it's great but I'm on my feet from 9-6 with no opportunity to sit down except 15 minutes in the morning and a 30 minute lunch break. When it gets to about 5pm I could cry, and when I get home I'm practically bed bound (as i am roght now!). Has anyone else got a physically demanding job and struggling? I have dropped from 5 days to 4 but it's just the length of the days now, I'm terrified I'm gonna do damage over a job I just took to fill the time 😩 but now I don't wanna leave because i enjoy it and it keeps me sane!
