Anyone due February? I know it’s super early but I’ve had my BFP at what I think is 8DPO so it looks like I’ll be due the first few days of February!

Really sorry to hear how things have turned out @MamaSJ15. Take care of yourself. x

I've been lurking here for a few days catching up on all the posts. Afraid to post since my own BFP as I'd an early miscarriage at the start of May and not yet had my period so I'm a bit unsure of everything. I think, based on ovulation, I'm just over 5 weeks.

Does anyone else not have any breast tenderness? I had this instantly when pregnant with my DS but not at all now. Didn't with my miscarriage either so trying not to read too much into it.

@MamaSJ15 so sorry lovely. Sending virtual hugs your way xxxxx

Starry77 · 10/06/2022 14:51

Hey everyone, can I please join?
I tested yesterday and had a faint line on a supermarket test and then did a Clear Blue digital today and got Pregnant 1-2 weeks. Calculated on app due date should be 14th Feb 2023. Absolutely delighted, we have a DD who just turned 15 months yesterday and had just started trying for our second. I’m 40 so didn’t expect this to happen so quickly 😁

Lilly771 · 10/06/2022 15:20

Thank you. I didn't expect it as I was so super chilled about it beforehand...never even paid it much thought. Now I feel my world's been turned upside down.bit doesn't help that I've got hip pain already!
I've told my best friend and she's had bad pregnancies before do really supportive.
It has helped!!!

Hi. Tentatively joining if I may.
5+4 today with our 1st ivf cycle (age 42) which only resulted in just this embryo. Tentatively as I had a mmc this time last year. I've got an early scan booked on 27th at the ivf clinic, but up until them I feel in total limbo, can't allow myself toget excited, and generally a ball of anxiety.
I have literally zero symptoms. Maybe a bit bloated cos I've sat on my bum for 3 weeks now (got signed off for retrieval/transfer & 2ww), but nowt at all.
The lack of symptoms is freaking me out. I know I shouldn't be wishing them, but it would at least be some feedback that there's something there!

CNizzle · 10/06/2022 16:16

I haven't even self-referred to the midwife service yet, I think that would make it too real.

Congratulations I have an early scan 27th too I’m 4+5 xx

So let's talk nausea... How many people got it before 4 weeks/ around 4 weeks? I've definitely felt it quite a lot today and I'm only 3+4. Hoping it's a good sign rather than bad / odd! Didn't really get it till about 6 weeks with DD.

Skylark1990 · 10/06/2022 16:59

@CNizzle congratulations, my fingers are crossed for you! And sorry to hear of your MMC that must have been really hard.
Symptoms are very subjective... I had awful nausea with my first baby but so many of my friends didn't. And often the first couple of weeks are virtually symptom free so try not to worry πŸ˜ŒπŸ’–

Onefootonthemoon · 10/06/2022 17:02

I haven’t had a lot of nausea my boobs hurt me more than anything and very bloated how are everyone else feeling?

Jessiecat91 · 10/06/2022 17:27

I’m 6+2 and had nausea pretty much since week 4. Also smells and the thought of certain food make me feel sick 😬
Have started to be sick today and don’t have much of an appetite. This is definitely the worst bit of pregnancy so far for me (1st pregnancy πŸ™ˆ)

JTB123 · 10/06/2022 17:43

Had my BFP today! Will be nearly 4 weeks.. so feel silly joining yet as anything can happen πŸ₯Ή

Sarah0409 · 10/06/2022 18:22

Hi! Can I very tentatively join? I just found out I’m pregnant today, I think my due date will be around the 17th Feb - so right in the middle of my two children. I’m not really sure how to feel just now as I have had two miscarriages so I don’t really know how to process this! Also feeling very tired already!!

Peonies94 · 10/06/2022 18:28

@MamaSJ15 aww I’m so sorry :(

@Peonies94 thank you! Congratulations to all the other ladies with their BFP’s this week 😁

Margo34 · 10/06/2022 19:28

@MamaSJ15 sorry to hear.

I started spotting yesterday evening and had a big heavy bleed today so I am pretty sure I'm out too.

I have spent the entirety of 2022 pregnant or miscarrying and I'm numb to it now.

Wishing you all smooth journeys πŸ’«πŸ€ž

MamaSJ15 · 10/06/2022 19:50

@Margo34 sorry it's happened to you too. So rubbish isn't it!!

Sarah0409 · 10/06/2022 20:11

@maggiebun Im also 38 - not my first but my youngest is 9, will be 10 at the beginning of February so it’s been a long time!

Sarah0409 · 10/06/2022 20:13

@Margo34 and @MamaSJ15 so sorry to hear that

Maple90 · 10/06/2022 20:34

@CNizzle id had next to no symptoms with my first, just a few niggles in my tummy in the early weeks, which I guess what like implantation taking place. I actually had raging heartburn from about 16 weeks too. He turned out to be a very chunky 9lb-er.

this time I’m a lot more nauseous, no actual sickness yet (touch wood) & heartburn is here already! Plus the same tummy pains as last time! So every pregnancy is very different I’m learning πŸ™ƒ

JTB123 · 10/06/2022 20:40

Gosh my heartburn last time was REAL, was on strong meds for it by the end πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Maple90 · 10/06/2022 21:47

@JTB123 did your baby have hair? Was the old wives tale true in your case?

i think I’ll have to get some stronger stuff if it carries on this time. I was going through gaviscon like there was no tomorrow last time, cost me a fortune 🀣

Greenhippoblue · 10/06/2022 22:09

Hello everyone πŸ‘‹ plucking up the courage to post today. Got a v.weak positive yesterday morning but DH had a mad day/evening of work with an important deadline so didn't want to distract him so waited til this morning to mention that I might be pregnant and he wanted to do a test straight away and it was very positive.

Slightly in shock - we have DC4 and DC2 (in 2 weeks) and although we've always said we'd like 3, it feels scary thinking of the actual practicalities! DH text today saying 'don't google 3 kids haha'.

Think I'm due around the 17th, fingers crossed!

YoureAMeanOneMrGrinch · 10/06/2022 22:12

I'm 6+2 and have like zero symptoms. Boobs are sore but not as much as they were a couple of weeks ago.

I didn't have any morning sickness with my first pregnancy and not a peep yet with this one. Except certain smells knock me a bit sick but not overly. Mostly my boyfriend smokes (I'm making him quit) so when I smell that I'm like you need to stay away from me. And I had a vape on my desk at work (I work in a school - it was confiscated), and I kept getting a whiff of strawberry and that was making me feel a bit sick.

Sometimes I feel no symptoms is so anxiety inducing
