Scans on Thursday and I've woke up with cramps. I know it's probably just stretching pains or my bladder (was busting for the toilet when I woke up this morning) but I can't shake the fear. Feel like I'm over analysing every single tiny thing this pregnancy. User my Doppler this morning so I know baby's fine for now but urghhh the fear. Pregnancys were always awesome before and now all it is is stress and fear. The people who know keep saying relax and don't stress. Like if I could I would 😂

@Cruz86 we have to do whatever works for us!! Maybe after watching the midwife use the Doppler I can try mine again. Not long till our gender scans now 🥰 xx
