I'm 43 my husband is 50. He has anti sperm antibodies. We tried ivf and icsi a few years ago but no luck. We adopted two kids and we are a happy family of four. The kids are in their teens.

Haven't had a period since november presumed menopause. Just to tile it out ive done a pregnancy test. You can guess the rest.

How many of these are
False positives with the menopause etc

Obviously every pregnancy has risks and sometimes things just aren’t meant to be but I do know a couple of women who had pregnancies older than you and they had healthy children and are incredible mums.

Oh how lovely. Congratulations! My Nana had my uncle at 45. He was a surprise 7 years after her last. No complications for her or my uncle who's now in his 40s.

P.s I no it's no guarantee but I no of 2 couple with your exact age ranges and they have healthy happy babies.all safe.and they were flapping way more than you.😊

Just a little update, baby was born 12 days ago 3 weeks early by planned section due to gestational diabetes that was difficult to control. Everything is perfect and he was definitely worth waiting 25 years for! I still wake up in the night for his feed and think it's all been a big dream!
