Hi all so iv put 3 scan pics together of 3 of my kids,not going to say what gender they are but the bottom one iam currently pregnant with,I just so want to know if it's boy or girl lol got a gender scan on the 31st but I like a good guessing game lol any ideas lovely ladies?x

1st Girl, 2nd Boy?

3rd looks like a girl :)

SEX not gender. It's their sex organs - not their feelings and characteristics.

They call it a "gender scan" because people a squeamish about the word sex. However they ate not scanning for some made up part of the baby's personality they are observing the biological sex.

@Magenta82 no it's been gender for many many many years,it's now peoples preferences to be referred to which has made all this stigma around it all,so for the likes of people that are "gender neutral " means they have no preference as to what they are they prepare to be neither why is that called gender?it is gender no matter what anyone says they even say in hospital if you want to find out the gender,not the sex,let's just say to the majority of people it's still gender not sex they just don't like to admit it due to the negative feedback they would get from it

Why do people nitpick on here so much, it’s also called a “gender reveal” not sex reveal so perfectly fine to use the term gender...

The tag the hospital put on babys

*the tag they put on baby's ankle in ankle says "Sex:M" or "Sex:F."

@DominickTheItalianXmasDonkey yes they do I agree but I'm on about a simple thing called gender scan and gender reveal,it's all getting blown out of proportion now we can't say anything now a days without offending someone I'm getting offended that your offended by gender and not sex,it's been called that for thousands of years it's only past few years it's HAD to change and how you use the term,it's ridiculous if you ask me,well Il let you all know the sex of my baby at the GENDER reveal

And thank you too everyone that's stuck to the actual subject here haha,so the top one is my girl who is now 6,then my son who is 16 month old and now just waiting till the end of the month for our "sex" scan sorry I can't do it,doesn't sound right does it really,I mean our gender scan,haha what a load of bollocks,people that struggle with "gender" can air there views and we have to listen so why can't we anymore?im gonna say to the sonographer when I go why she calls it a gender scan but we going to find out the sex,I bet she says it means the same thing

No, actually, that’s not true. It has not “been called that for thousands of years”

Gender was first introduced into a title in 1982. Sex has been used since the early 1920s. Gender is very new.

In hospital, they refer to the sex of your baby. Your 20 week scan is also not a scan to determine baby’s sex, it is an anomaly scan.

@Bananabutter speak to someone that gives a actual shit about dates and stuff when it became wrong to say gender,best bring it up with parliament ain't ya not little old me that was just curious of what ripple thort of my scan,don't like it don't look and comment on my post simple really

@Bananabutter and iam fully aware of it been an anomaly scan at hospital but iam going private love at 17 weeks to a GENDER scan then my 20 week anomaly scan will follow at hospital

@Bananabutter oh and another thing to add possibly my last thing to add to you,I have 4 Kids pregnant with my 5th so iam fully aware of the name of scans etc thank you for your concern tho
