What a day for scans haha! Yeah definitely if the nurse and sonographer felt it wasn't normal they wouldn't sugar coat it they'd say it straight thank you all for the words of support 💕🌈

@Cruz86 Yes I'm going back in two weeks where I should hopefully see the heartbeat 🥰 the sonographer said she could see my c section scar which I thought was just amazing!

Had our scan today and it’s good news here too! Measured 12.5 weeks which gives us a new due date of 12th Oct, so lovely to see little baba moving about in there, such a relief :)

@arianasky I agree, they wouldn't sugar coat and give you false hope - I'd take it as good news. Keeping fingers crossed for your next one. 🤞

@barneymcgroo ah lovely! Yeah I’m definitely starting to feel more human, was able to take the stairs at work like a normal person today without holding onto the banister feeling like I’m guna pass out so that was a big win!! Haha. How are you?

@1stTimeTina Getting better, I think. Haven't felt too bad, just mild nausea and food aversions. Not managing to eat bread, and I LOVE bread usually.
Got a horrendous cold right now, so just dealing with that absolute joy ;)
Thrilled I've made it to 13 weeks today - and my NT test results all came back fine, so that's one weight off.

Ergh so I've been getting UTI type pain through the night, like a cramping that feels like it's accross my pelvis and a burning type of cramp in my vagina, I'm worried because I felt like this on the day baby's heart stopped beating last time. At that time I thought it was cystitis it was only after I looked at the date that baby stopped growing I realised I felt like that.. has anyone had anything that felt like what I've described? My anxiety is through the roof

Hi haven't @arianasky but I've had all sorts of weird pains with my son. Call the EPU and ask? You're never being a pain, it's literally why they are there. X

@flowergarden16 thank you, I'm waiting for GP to call me back, I think it's a UTI tbh I had lower back pain yesterday but just assumed it was pregnancy related and I've had the urge to wee stinging a little so my panicking has calmed a bit now, isn't it crazy how one little symptom can make us panic and our minds go into overdrive 😬

Spoke to the GP and she's prescribed me antibiotics and sending my urine off to be tested, apparently UTI's are really common in pregnancy and they always have to be treated with antibiotics to make sure they don't develop into kidney infections, so I'm glad I checked now 💕

That's good @arianasky ! I've heard that about UTIs think that's why they are constant testing pee every time you visit the midwife! Glad it's sorted x

@arianasky glad you got sorted. I had a UTI around the same time as you and had antibiotics and it all cleared up 💞 I only get them when I'm pregnant 🙈 xx
