Good luck @Skl2021 sending positive vibes your way!!

Raindrops2015 · 28/03/2022 10:28

Thinking of you @Skl2021 and hoping you get good news.

I'm getting progesterone today due to bleeding. Just wanted to check with anyone that knows if it's useful starting this at 9 weeks and for how long. Clinic is busy so still have to wait til end of week to get a scan

speake · 28/03/2022 10:53

Thinking of you today @Skl2021 💕

@Raindrops2015 anything is worth a try, if it stops the spotting then definitely worth it. The advice differs per person but generally ladies stay on it until 14ish weeks pregnant xx

Skl2021 · 28/03/2022 12:33

Hey ladies thankyou for all your support. Everything was ok I'm so emotional can't believe it 💕 feels to good to be true 🌈Pictures aren't great as baby would not cooperate one bit! I was there over an hour trying to get baby to move and drinking so much water in and out of scan room. I'm also measuring ahead at 12+5 ✨💕

That is amazing news @Skl2021!! So pleased for you!

I got my 12 week scan date through today too. 16th May when I will be exactly 12 weeks. So excited!

Skl2021 · 28/03/2022 12:41

@scoutcat thankyou 💞 great news for you too! Something to look forward too and makes it a bit more real ✨ xx

flowergarden16 · 28/03/2022 12:49

Congrats! That's awesome :-)

barneymcgroo · 28/03/2022 12:53

@Skl2021 Hooray! That's wonderful news!

Prayingformyrainbow93 · 28/03/2022 12:59

Oh amazing, congratulations @Skl2021 ♥️

I still haven’t registered with the midwife I’ve been nervous to do so because of the previous losses! Do you think I need to do that now? I’m around 7+4 although dates bound to change given that’s from the CP xx

Bridgey8 · 28/03/2022 13:03

Amazing news @Skl2021 !!!!! So so happy for you xxxx

speake · 28/03/2022 13:14

Amazing news @Skl2021 🥳💕 so happy for you xx

1stTimeTina · 28/03/2022 13:15

Lovely scan @Skl2021 congratulations!

@Prayingformyrainbow93 yes I would, the booking apt should start at around 8 weeks (or it does in my area)

I’ve got my 12 wk scan a week today, super nervous !

arianasky · 28/03/2022 14:06

@Skl2021 ahh congratulations how lovely ❤️

Skl2021 · 28/03/2022 15:27

Thankyou so much everyone 💕🌈 xx

1stTimeTina · 28/03/2022 17:33

Can anyone recommend a good pregnancy app which tells you what’s happening at each stage etc? I had one with first baby but can’t remember what I used but it was nice to read each week what size baby is and what’s happening inside my body etc

arianasky · 28/03/2022 18:28

@1stTimeTina pregnancy+ and baby centre are great show week by week progression and lots of info on them

scoutcat · 28/03/2022 18:36

@1stTimeTina I second @arianasky and also Ovia is lovely and I love adding all my symptoms too

flowergarden16 · 28/03/2022 18:40

Yes I have used those and rate them. Too scared to even think about downloading this again until i get past 12 weeks if we get there x

FfayeN · 28/03/2022 19:30

I hope you ladies don’t mind me reaching out on this thread. I have been reading the last few days and would love to know more about your experience with Nova Clinic @speake as I think my story may be similar to yours. I cannot work out how to DM on here and I’m a new y, so I’m really sorry if this is not the way to do things. Best wishes to all of you on here 😘

Cruz86 · 28/03/2022 20:36

@Bridgey8 how are you doing? So sorry you've had more bleeding 😩 This is expected with a haematoma isn't it? I know that doesn't make it easier to deal with though. Let's hope Wednesday comes round quickly for you.

Good luck for your scan tomorrow @Prayingformyrainbow93 🌈

Congrats on your 3+ @arianasky! It really is such a great feeling.

@HoneyLemon29 sorry your scan has made you anxious. So the time between your private and NHS scan, baby has grown as expected based on the first dates you were given? 5+4 and now 6 weeks?

Sorry you've had bleeding @Raindrops2015. I'd say progesterone is definitely worth trying if you've had on/off spotting/bleeding.

Naughty bubba for not cooperating @Skl2021 🙊 So happy for you though!! I hope you can start to relax a bit more and enjoy the pregnancy now 🥰

I have my booking appointment on Thursday but my anxiety is kicking in because my boobs aren't as sore anymore and I've had pains/dull aches in my hips and across my lower back. When does the worrying stop?! 😩

Xx

@Cruz86 thankyou! Felt like forever for her to find the heartbeat and I was such a mess 🙈 baby did everything possible not to be found or stay still for measurements I was a nervous wreck! Haha I don't think the worrying will ever stop I still feel worried! Good luck with your booking appointment this week 💕 my boobs hurt some days and not others and I get pains allover especially lower back so hopefully it's nothing to worry about 🤞🙌 stay positive xx

Bridgey8 · 28/03/2022 21:01

Hi @Cruz86 I'm ok thanks. Just had one incident of bleeding and it's stopped.... I'm really hoping it's the last of the haematoma and not anything else. Petrified about weds xxxx

1stTimeTina · 28/03/2022 21:08

Thanks for the app recommendations everyone, I’ve downloaded pregnancy+ and it seems canny!

speake · 28/03/2022 21:42

@FfayeN sorry you find yourself on here too, I’ll figure out how to DM and get in touch tomorrow xx

HoneyLemon29 · 29/03/2022 07:51

Hiya @Cruz86

Yep the private scan and NHS scan were 5 days apart and first measurement was 5+4 at 3.5mm and second was 6 weeks exactly measuring 4.7mm x
