I'm trying to think of everything possible that could've put it off a little.
My private scan was internal but todays at the hospital was not. I wish it was though as she was pressing so hard it hurt along with having a full bladder made me feel 🤢
She was also training being overlooked by someone. Now I know just because she was training doesn't mean she got it wrong. But in this case I'm hoping it was off slightly 😥 also they said at one point "sorry this is a new monitor and we're still getting used to it"
I'm just hoping these are factors 🤞

I'm sure they all are factors and it would make sense. Hopefully that gives you enough reassurance to get to your next scan, where everything will have caught up. X

@HoneyLemon29 I was exactly the same with my scan. And if I'm lucky enough to see progression when I go back I know I'll e the same. The way I am trying to think about it is that we'll worry when we are told too. Plus our bodies are unique and sizes etc are all averages - plus we never truly know when we ovulated and conceived etc. if the baby is growing and no one else is worried then you shouldn't be either.

Did you ask the doctor about it?

@flowergarden16 it's so exhausting isn't it. Time drags so much as well waiting 😮‍💨 they just said dates can be out a bit. But I didn't tell them about the private scan I had x

@flowergarden16 I didn't see a doctor like I normally do after a scan. The lady training was the nurse and said you don't need you to do anything else with us now I can just book in at 8 weeks. Was literally in, scan and out again x

@HoneyLemon29 it's such an anxious time and like others say mm can mean days when it's that small. I'm measuring around 13/14 days behind my Lmp. I know I ovulated late but not that late. I'm hoping all is well tomorrow and maybe I have caught up a few days. I did panic when I had my early scan but I'm just trying to think positive and hope for the best 💞 xx

@HoneyLemon29 I'm sure that a new machine and the sonogrophed being a trainee will be a factor, easier said than done but try not to panic 💕

@Skl2021 thank you 💕 yes the nausea has started last two days and my breasts are sore all the time, but I'm taking it as a good sign 🙏🏻🌈

Sorry to be a torture again. I had some cramping and bright red spotting. Had a positive scan at 8 weeks 5 days a few days ago. I'm just terrified again as this is bright red blood (albeit very little) and not old blood like before. It was a private scan and I was told to keep my hospital appointment. Just wanting to know if everything is more than likely ok

Do I need to go on progesterone? Hospital aren't seeing me til end of the week

I'm so sorry @Raindrops2015 I can imagine how worried you are. Can you ring your GP today? They might be able to get you seen quicker and maybe give you the progesterone? Hopefully it stops x

And yes @Raindrops2015 call the EPU or GP and ask them about it. You're not being a pain this is important x

I've just arranged a scan with EPU for in 10 days when I'm 6+4 and I'm so excited! Not sure how I'm going to keep busy for 10 days but also, I feel like it's so far away that something bad is going to happen. 😩 I hate my brain.

I have my viability scan next weds after having a super early scan last week to confirm not ectopic and I am really struggling. But all we can do is wait x

@flowergarden16 I'm 5+4 today I think going from O, @scoutcat I'm the same ladies got my first scan next Monday and I'm wishing the time away 🙏🏻🌈

Yes I think I must be about 5 +1 my scan said 4 weeks last weds but not sure if that was generic 4 ish weeks or she meant 4w1d
