The chances of natural conception decrease with age, but every person is different. If you're considering whether or not it would be an option for you, then a good starting point could be to have a fertility check-up with a fertility clinic. They can check various parameters which influence the likelihood of successful conception, such as blood hormone levels, ovarian reserve, semen analysis. Then you'll have more relevant information about whether or not it's a realistic chance for you.
You might also want to explore how you (and any partner you have) feel about assisted conception options (eg IUI, IVF, medication) and/or donor conception options (donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos), so that you're prepared if they come up in consultations.
