Lady gardens - to trim/tend or not to trim/tend??!!

Thinking about giving birth and wondering about the tending to the lady garden issue (not that I have seen mine in a while and might need help if I decide to do some work!)

Anyone got any thoughts or advice as to why its a positive/negative thing to do?

I don't really bother about this kind of thing but have noticed that am way bushier than normal with some individual strands of impressive length. I was going to see how long they would grow but dh attacked with nail scissors

I've used dp's beard strimmer on mine which is good when it gets a bit long.(it does make me chuckle when I see him doing his beard with it!)

After all that (and that i have been in hosp and am in early labour) I have tidied the garden.. and my belly beard and legs feel a whole lot better for it too.

I got mine brazilled right up til i went on mat leave at 34 weeks. After that, i'm afraid I just had to get the clippers out for a number 1 every so often!
