Hey girls! I've gone ahead and created a follow up thread for us all. Let's hope we have some more ladies joining us from over on the other thread! ❤️

@bez91 bless him that must be really messing with his head. I'm surprised he hasn't freaked out about it earlier if he's had it that long! Fingers crossed it's just a blocked lymph node or something.

@kaylsd I got mine from the h&m maternity section although they just look like normal soft bras to me. Congrats on the 3+! Did you say you've booked an early scan btw? Oh and vivid dreams is a thing! I had quite a few last week but unfortunately mine were all miscarriage related 🤦

5 weeks today! Boobs hurt so much they keep waking me up at night if I have the audacity to put any weight on them.

Oh well done @kaylsd, 3+ is a good one. What dpo are you now? I think pregnancy can give you crazy dreams!

@bez91 oh bless your DD, stories like this are a good reminder that I need to consider what I book for DS! Sounds tough for DH, it's so hard not to catastrophise when drs request 'urgent scans' and stuff like that

I wasn't going to register with the midwife (assuming all the same they do booking in appts at 9 weeks here) at 6 weeks but I've got raging thrush again so need to speak to the dr I think (can't just pop a magic blue pill) so will have to say the words I'm pregnant out loud which I didn't want to do!

Oh I'd hate that @clolo and I'd have to tell them to leave me alone!

@clolo oh didn't that happen to @becarefuloutthere and she had to name change??

Some ppl are weird and creepy @clolo, someone I know watches our threads, and has commented on things. Fact, like seriously get a life!

So after a morning of 💩 we e got a naked tree to decorate today, though we got it yesterday, put it in the stand, went to the Xmas party & came back & it had fallen over so it's not going well so far 🤪

@Juno231 bit frustrating as he's been a bit too chill about it all this time whereas I've been asking him to keep going back because it's inconclusive. Typical bloke. Ouch yes side sleeping hurts with sore boobs, hopefully they calm down soon!

@larrythelizard definitely see the doctor, I was the same at the same stage and also with DD, I'm pretty sure they gave the ok for the canesten pessaries but good to get their advice.

@clolo that's a bit annoying and would freak me out a bit, yes strange stalker do one ☝️

@Minster2012 not sure when the app will be he got a referral letter Friday saying if he had no call by Monday to ring them so he's calling at dinner. Oh no, more sand? 😆 at least you'd not decorated it yet!

@larrythelizard agree with the others re. Thrush, I took the thrush tablet the day before my BFP (unaware) and then spent a few days terrified that I'd have damaged the little thing before it even had had chance to implant properly. 🥺

Scan is at 12, trying to distract myself... not doing a v good job of it.

Or is a weird thing to do @clolo @Juno231 @larrythelizard but then some ppl are weird 😜hopefully she's got the hint 🤨

@bez91 men often don't take things seriously I think it's the whole "nah I won't go to the doctor". Yeah decorating was todays job but I feel like I just want to go back to bed instead. Maybe write Christmas cards in bed though so I don't feel like im useless

@Minster2012 yaaas thanks, we had beef brisket done in the slow cooker, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, Savoy cabbage and homemade yorkies. 😍

I have done an e-consult at the dr and should get a call back today/tomorrow. At least I didn't have say it out loud!!

@feliznavidad2 man that sounds delicious! I'm making a cooked ham (in coke) for dinner today as OH always requests one in Dec. Only 1h 45min left!

@Juno231 it's amazing how much you find out once you actually are pregnant. And good memory, something similar did happen to me so I might actually name change every year, keep everyone on their toes 😝
@Minster2012 that's another one I recently found out. My sister was like, you don't wash them with water, I was like how do you wash them then. She goes with cotton wool, and my face was like 😳🤔 haha 😆

@kaylsd I was 6+1 when I got the 3+ yesterday, I got the 2-3 again at 5+1 then yesterday was the first I did since then, so maybe I would've got it sooner but I'm glad I waited just in case I didn't!! Wooo to your 3+ too!! What're you now??

@Juno231 I'd wait the extra day if you can, just so you know for definite then! How exciting!! Ooo sore boobs are a pain!! Mine are on and off sore, it's like certain times of the day they're worse than other times!

@becarefuloutthere you're probably right! My friend is a midwife and currently pregnant with her second so I'm going to be asking her all sorts🤣 ooo yes please keep us updated on the classes!!

Well I feel shitty again this morning, last 2 days I've felt nauseous and dizzy at night, but woke up this morning and felt nauseous all day, travel sick kinda feeling with that sort of headache and dizziness, and constantly starving but couldn't stomach my morning porridge!! Also I got the worse blisters ever from walking lots whilst away so wore sliders to do some food shopping, stepped back onto one of the big loading trolleys and smashed my ankle at the side and now it's hurting so much, you know when you initially do something and it hurts so much it knocks you sick!! That's what it did, so overall I don't feel the best today🤣 butttt OH just rang and said he's told his boss because he needs to finish early for our early scan on the 23rd and we decided it would be best him knowing so he doesn't think he's leaving early for minor reasons, he said it felt so weird saying it out loud to someone other than me for the first time, he said he still can't believe it bless him

Also has anyone found their skin has changed?? I've always been quite lucky with my skin in the sense that I never get spots, just the odd 1 on my chin in the lead up to AF, never had bad skin as a teenager, but these last few days I've noticed a couple appearing on my chin, quite sore too!!

Not yet @Vil10 but it's quite common; my friend has amazing skin and always had but when pregnant she had massive breakouts all round her hairline.

Dr has sent me a text saying pessary is fine and they've sent a prescription so that was all good in that I did what I needed without having to say the words out loud to anyone else! Can't get the prescription until tomorrow but at least it's on the way to being sorted

@Vil10 I keep reading about people with acne all of a sudden having flawless skin but I've been getting spotty too! Currently have four on my forehead, one on my nose and another one on my upper lip wtf. Not giant ones at least but still not very sexy lol.

@Vil10 yeH also not myself though I have had a couple of spots but not many but I think it's def a thing. It is so weird when you "tell someone else" for the first time definitely but it's lovely he has to help getting out early
