hey everyone, wow lots of chat going on!
@Crazydoglady123 how are you doing? great that you're able to go home. Hopefully bub stays nice and cosy in your belly for a bit longer. But as others mentioned, 5lb10 is a great weight to be at! My niece was 6lb at full term.
@DKDK123 how are you getting on? feeling a bit better after your appointment?
@Minster2012 that spa day sounds lush! I've had a really sore back/neck lately, so was thinking I might treat myself to a massage. this has inspired me... what do you need to do with the Rh negative? Is it just one injection, or multiple? And I am also contemplating getting a pregnancy pillow. My friend recommended one she got on amazon. It looks massive but she said it's made such a huge difference

@Juno231 only a few days to go, you've got this!
@feliznavidad2 exciting that you've got your scan soon! has your sickness/heartburn gotten worse?
@Lexber I thought of you yesterday, had my 'earlybird' appointment - a group zoom call with a midwife, nutritionist and physiotherapist to go over various bits of information around supporting healthy pregnancies. Tbh it was mostly extremely painful and unhelpful and I felt like I was back at school. They mentioned heartburn and the nutritionist said to drink milk to alleviate it. But of course, it being London, most of the people on the call were quick to say "what about plant based alternatives??!" which I found amusing
Another thing that came up on the call yesterday is that we won't get to see the labour ward/birth centre until we're actually in labour. I assumed we'd get to see it at some point before (most appointments are in a separate ward). Is this normal??
