@Rachae yes, I've still had some cramping here and there. I find bloat can trigger mine and the bloating is no joke atm! So uncomfortable last night!!

@Rachae yes me, I've had it pretty much throughout. Can only describe as period pains, some quite strong. But I remember this well in my last pregnancy with my daughter and feeling sooooo worried but I've had it since 2ww even thought it was period pain and was shocked to see a positive but I get them in waves x

Rachae · 22/12/2021 08:46

@Firsttimetrier @winkles23 @strawberrysummer19 thanks ladies, what a relief! Yes it feels exactly like period / pressure down there xx

strawberrysummer19 · 22/12/2021 08:58

@Rachae I found mine was always worse when I couldnt go to the toilet, I was never regular anyway. I got some lactulose but obviously if you're regular then probably not that but that definitely made me feel more comfortable x

strawberrysummer19 · 22/12/2021 08:59

And those feelings definitely come and go for me x

Rachae · 22/12/2021 10:08

Thanks @strawberrysummer19 I've followed that advice (sorry TMI) and now the cramping's stopped. 🤞 Xx

strawberrysummer19 · 22/12/2021 10:31

@Rachae brilliant, that's good x

Itsabean · 22/12/2021 10:45

Hi everyone!
Hoping to jump on this post, currently 8+2 days, due end of July/beginning of august! I’ve had the worst nausea ever, sore breasts, and insomnia!
We paid for an early scan about 10 days ago, saw our little bean and the sonographer told us they had a strong heartbeat, which was reassuring! I phoned our local hospital over 2 weeks ago for self refer, and they said they’d get an appointment out to us, but so far I’ve heard nothing! Wondering if anyone else is in the same situation?

Beautyangel1 · 22/12/2021 12:45

I have been suffering with morning sickness and nausea, however I'm
Not being sick daily. Is this normal? What are your pregnancy symptoms?

SantiagoSister · 22/12/2021 13:10

@Beautyangel1 I am 7 weeks today and I don’t have any symptoms at all. It’s hard not to worry when it seems like everyone else has lots of different symptoms by now. I’m hoping everything is going ok in there 🤞🏼

Horsesforcourses23 · 22/12/2021 13:55

@Itsabean - hi I am similar to you, I thought I was further along, self referred on 30.11.21 and have never heard anything so went for a private scan on Sunday and they said I was only 8 weeks 1 day. Anyway I finally heard from Midwife at 8.30 last night and they have booked me in for a check up next week!

Rachae · 22/12/2021 14:39

@SantiagoSister still no symptoms here and 9 weeks! 10% of us don't get them xx

Itsabean · 22/12/2021 15:44

Oh well at least it’s not just me panicking, maybe there is a bit of a back log! The poor postman must think I’m a right creep, I’m constantly lurking in the window waiting for him to arrive with a letter! I self referred on the 6th December, but still nothing! Glad you’ve finally heard now Smile

tashadae27 · 22/12/2021 15:47

I'm due Aug 2022 :) currently 5+3
Congratulations!
I did 3 tests and one last week to see the weeks increasing on the tests Smile

SantiagoSister · 22/12/2021 16:01

That’s reassuring @Rachae, thank you. I guess we should consider ourselves lucky but it’s hard not to wonder isn’t it!

Beautyangel1 · 22/12/2021 16:29

@Itsabean congratulations

How many weeks were you when you went for your scan? X

Itsabean · 22/12/2021 21:00

@Beautyangel1 Thanks Lovely!

So I thought I was 6 weeks 6 days, but they had me measuring 6 weeks 3 days!
My app is telling me I’m currently 8 weeks 2 days, but I’ll hold out till I have my 12 week scan, to get a more official idea!

Aims1991 · 22/12/2021 21:04

Anyone else dying for a full nights sleep😴 I can get to sleep no problem but can't stay asleep 😭

Itsabean · 22/12/2021 21:09

@Aims1991 YES!! I’d kill to be able to sleep from 10 to 6.. from needing a wee at stupid o’clock, to waking up because my boobs are so sore, it just draining me! And my OH seems to think I’m just moaning, and making it up!

Aims1991 · 22/12/2021 21:12

@Itsabean exact same as me. Toss and turn all night. Wake about 12 for a wee then you for rest of night

Glittergirl2 · 22/12/2021 21:23

Hi Ladies, please can I join… I’ve been on the July thread but I’m due end of July so feel behind compared to all of them. Currently 9+5 with our second x

FeeneeTTC · 22/12/2021 22:19

Hi @Glittergirl2 and welcome! Congratulations! Absolutely - you’re probably one of the ‘furthest’ along here, we have ladies from around 4 weeks plus to 9 weeks plus. I’ve been here a few weeks, I’m 9 weeks today. Have you had an early scan or are you waiting for the 12 week?

Glittergirl2 · 22/12/2021 22:26

@FeeneeTTC thank you and congratulations to you too. I was trying to wait for the 12 week scan but I’ve had my booking appointment today and my scan date isn’t until the 19th Jan when I’ll be nearly 14 weeks 🤞🏻 It feels so far away so we may cave and have a private scan before. Have you had any scans yet?

tashadae27 · 23/12/2021 06:21

@Aims1991 I was struggling with waking up through the night and early hours to pee, then because I woke up my morning sickness kicked in! It will get easier, slowly but surely I'm now waking up a little later each morning. :)
