I got a lovely dye stealer this morning and I am so chuffed! After a CP in July, seeing that beautiful first line so dark is giving me great hope.

Anyone else 5 weeks? How are you feeling?

We don't know the sex! It's in the envelope with my partners mum 😂 Doing the reveal on Christmas Eve!! How can we wait 😜 x

Aw brill! I didn't want to know straight away because I wanted to do a reveal but my partner asked the sonographer and I said "oh no yet wait" and she just blurted it out 🤦‍♀️ lol x

@Snoopy28x I haven't had no bleeding since the last time but I keep having dreams I am going to bleed lol it's weird. Glad baby is ok sounds like you've had a rough time though! X

@babyboybluex ooh that is a lovely way to do it! Please keep us posted!! Do you have any feelings of what you think?

@charlotte0808 oh that is odd! I've started getting vivid dreams again. Last night was the first proper full night's sleep I've had for weeks, it was amazing!! Eek cant believe that they blurted it. You think they would confirm with both of you first!

I think it's a boy and my partner thinks girl! So hard to tell 😂 I am super excited though 😍

Anyone on here use heart monitor at home? I didn't know till I read the back that can use baby oil instead of the gel because I used that so quickly but the baby oil is so much better. Doesn't dry up lasts ages and seems to be easier x

Aw loving all the scan pics! It never gets old seeing your baby! How exciting to find out on Christmas Eve @babyboybluex! Congrats on your little girl @charlotte0808! Gosh, how exciting! We're having a surprise this time, we found out both times but I don't want to know this time!

I'm 15 weeks now and, thank god, the sickness has stopped! I'm still really bloated though... So uncomfortable and embarrassing!! At least I'm starting to have a little bump now 🥰

I hope you had a lovely xmas! I have my 20 week scan on the 31st. feeling a bit nervous. Baby has been wriggly today I feel more like it turns about that kicks, if that makes sense. My best friend had a baby yesterday and made me so broody for cuddles with mine xx

@Snoopy28x hope you’re scan goes well, we also have ours then, will you find out the gender at this one, I can’t remember what you had said before? We’re halfway now, eeeekkk! Not long and we’ll be having lots of snuggles!

Defos felt some nudges/knocks over the past week or so but mainly bubbles, but today I’ve really felt quite a few and I’ve really noticed that he’s in there. Although I do have to be totally lying still to notice but it’s lovely either way.

@Blondiebrownie6 we wont be finding out the gender, I'm 95% convinced it's a girl though. I'll be shocked if it's a boy lol

Congratulations on your little boy! I cant believe we we are half way, it seemed such a long journey to start with but now the weeks are flying. We have dh birthday and dd daughter birthday before new year so it's a busy time of year xx

Oh wow a busy time of year for you and right after Christmas to lol! Do you have any plans in place ? I’m with you on the emotions , I think mine are more a realisation this is really happening so happy tears lol! Maybe just with this time of year to and with lots going on your emotions are high. 20 week scan today and everything went perfect - no issues whatsoever. I can now relax and enjoy this pregnancy! What a relief.

Just off for my scan at 10am! Feeling nervous but baby has been wriggling about this morning x

I havent had a wink of sleep ds now has chicken pox, he is absolutely covered from head to toe. Its breaking my heart seeing him suffer. He just couldn't sleep for itching. I'd given him piriton, calool, and any mousse or cream I could try. It would only help for 20mins at a time. X

Oh so exciting!! I'm glad everyone's scans went well. Mine isn't until the 20th Jan but I've started feeling some movement so that's been really nice. Good luck today @Snoopy28x!!

I had my scan this morning and all is perfect with my wee one, just couldn’t get a pic of left hawser valve or very bottom of spine so I need to go back ! I was jumping , dry humping the air lol but he was moving! But everything else ok 💙

I know @babyboybluex I can’t believe we are half way there! What a milestone! I’ve just bought my first baby clothes in the sales and my heart can’t take it lol! The wee clothes just melt me!

@LadyoftheWoods your scan date will be here in no time at all! Aw that’s great you have felt movement , isn’t it the best! I just lay there at night totally still waiting to feel him, I just love it

🥰 Baby is all well. Everything is perfect. It was being a monkey and wriggling so much the lady had trouble getting the images she wanted.

She did find that my placenta is very low lying. And currently blocking the exit. Which scares me a little. She said that it should move as my uterus expands. They are sending me for scans at 28, 32, 34 and 37 weeks to check the situation. Woree case scenario is a c section. Which honestly scares me. How I would cope with that sort of major surgery then 2 kids and a newborn! So I'm praying it moves and all goes naturally xx

Glad baby is all good such a relief hearing that @Snoopy28x hmmm I’ve heard about the low lying placenta , hopefully it moves up though and at least you are having the extra scans to monitor it. Have you had it before or is this a first ? I was listening to a podcast earlier and they were talking about this and said that most move as the uterus expands as they have said to you :)

How’s your other wee one doing? Have the chicken pox cleared ? I’m back to work today and my maternity leave countdown has begun haha xx

Had my 20 week scan today all is well thank god. Just got over having covid so hasn't been easy but hopefully now will be plain sailing 🤞

Was awful for 3 days then started to feel better. Only had my one jab too which I think didn't help. It's raging atm isn't it. Extra paranoid now defo don't want it again that's for sure xz

@Snoopy28x Beautiful scan photo! You must be slightly anxious about the low lying placenta, however, I have read that they do move most of the time. It's great that you are having follow up scans to keep an eye on things, you will be absolutely fine Hope your son has made a full recovery from chicken pox? Poor soul, it is the worst x
