Hey I'm only 10dpo but just got a faint positive 2 days ago and has been getting darker so hoping this is real. I calculated and I'm due June 1/2nd.

Anyone else due the same time as me? Want to hang out and keep me company I know it's early days.

Just had my first preggo blood draw... how exciting 😂

Tofu35 · 11/10/2021 14:06

@rathernotshare ooh that is exciting! How was it? Did you have to take time off work to go to the clinic?

EllieElephant25 · 11/10/2021 14:22

I got my BFP. Estimated due date is June 16th Grin

Due June 2022
rathernotshare · 11/10/2021 14:22

@Tofu35 fine thanks, I need checking for a hereditary gene, praying I don't have it! A family member didn't find out she had it until she had a few miscarriages Sad I did take time out but no questions were asked Grin

Skinnymuffins · 12/10/2021 00:14

I'm about 6 weeks and today burst in to tears watching dirty dancing 🤣 hormones have entered the building!

blueberryy · 12/10/2021 02:51

Hello! Happy to be joining. After 12 months TTC #2, I have a nice strong positive on a FRER (15DPO). These next three weeks are going to be so challenging. Always so unnerving, but I hope it's a sticky bean.

TTC081994 · 12/10/2021 05:47

Hey Ladies

Do you mind if I join? I am 10-12DPO and got my BFP this morning, so my due date would be 27 June 2022. Getting through these first few weeks makes me very nervous especially after testing so early and then reading everyone’s posts on here.

Nice to meet you all :)

MO22 · 12/10/2021 06:22

Hi all... May I join you? I just got my first clear blue dig, been lying away most of the night with cramps and a bit of nausea! Blown away by the fact I'm actually pregnant. This is my first and not even sure what to do now - do I ring the doc??

Not even sure how to work out my due date to be honest, but think it must be late June, I'm 15 DPO (I think, I have PCOS!)

So exciting and terrifying at the same time!

Turniptracker · 12/10/2021 07:12

Anyone else phoned the doctor to be told they don't handle maternity care? I was told to choose a hospital to give birth in then fill in a form to notify them I was pregnant and a midwife would get in touch. Quite a big decision for 5 weeks in! Got a bit overwhelmed by it all. (We live equidistant from three maternity wards). Is this standard now or is my GP just shit?

rathernotshare · 12/10/2021 07:32

Congratulations all the new joiners!
@Turniptracker we also have to self refer here from 5 weeks, although only the one hospital to choose from

Turniptracker · 12/10/2021 07:50

@rathernotshare thank you that makes me feel a little better that self referral is pretty standard now. It feels a bit weird picking a hospital so early when it might not even stick Confused

Leilei95 · 12/10/2021 07:57

Had some bleeding yday, went to get blood test done, and this morning woke up to heavy bleeding and bloods. Confirmed MC :/ saddening but hopeful that since only been trying for 3 months at least I know I can get pregnant and hopefully the next time will stick.

Good luck to everyone on their pregnancies sending lots of love!

Jammymare · 12/10/2021 08:08

@Turniptracker my doctors refer to the closest hospital, but it’s out of county. I want to use the hospital that’s a little further away but more central to family, but have to wait until 6 weeks to self refer.

TinyTickler · 12/10/2021 08:10

So sorry @Leilei95, look after yourself

Turniptracker · 12/10/2021 08:11

@Leilei95 really sorry to hear, be kind to yourself. Flowers and hugs for you xxx

Sleepnowprettyplease · 12/10/2021 08:51

I’m so sorry @Leilei95 💐 take care of yourself. When you’re feeling up to it there’s a fab podcast called The worst girl gang ever that I found really helpful following my mc, they’re also on Insta and they have a support group on FB.

Clomid1 · 12/10/2021 08:53

@Leilei95 really sorry to hear that. hugs I’ve been in your position before and I know how much it hurts physically and emotionally. Look after yourself

Equimum · 12/10/2021 08:56

We have to self refer here too Turniptracker.

I am so sorry Leilei95. Take good care of yourself.

PeeAche · 12/10/2021 09:22

Hello, I'm cautiously joining. I had a faint but clear BFP yesterday but I have had "unexplained" infertility for years and my last pregnancy ended at 7 weeks.

I'm only 3+3 and I had no idea I could even test so early, let alone have a positive result. I tested because my symptoms were becoming impossible to ignore. I had actually completely given up on having a baby. We'd stopped even actively trying.

I'm really praying that my high early levels of hCG are a good sign.

I am so, so anxious. I am ping ponging from feeling excited to feeling hopeless.

My miscarriage was traumatic in part because (with the exception of my community midwives) I felt I was treated really badly by health care providers. My GP in particular was appalling.

Do you think it's okay to wait until I've passed the 7 week mark before I tell my GP? I'm not sure I could deal with them again if I lose this baby. I'm getting tearful at the thought of it!

PeeAche · 12/10/2021 09:22

Oh and congratulations everyone! Thanks

HWka · 12/10/2021 09:24

So sorry @Leilei95, I have been there too it’s just heartbreaking. Wishing you so much luck for the future xxx

rathernotshare · 12/10/2021 09:33

@Leilei95 oh no, so sorry! Fingers crossed good things will come your way soon 🤞 xx

Leilei95 · 12/10/2021 09:35

Thank you all! Really really appreciate it xxx

CB87 · 12/10/2021 10:26

Hi,

Cautiously joining..
Firstly @Leilei95 I hope you are ok and crossing fingers for good news for you again soon 🙂

I am pregnant with number 2 only 4 weeks but quite a few positive tests due date of 22nd June. My first birth was more than a little traumatic and my son had a congenital problem that was only discovered at birth and we were at St Thomas's and the Evelina with him for 3 months. He is doing so well now and is a happy 22 month old. I am hopeful and positive that all will be ok this time round but I do have some anxiety related to whether I will be able to enjoy this pregnancy. I also fell first time of trying this time round as opposed to after a year first time so it's a bit of a shock 😂

CB87 · 12/10/2021 10:27

Also congrats to all 🙂
