Hello.

I'm due 4th February after getting a very faint line on Sunday, positive on an FRER Monday and now a 1-2 weeks on a clear blue yesterday.

I am in absolute shook as I have a 7 month old at home and was on the Non-hormonal coil.

I've found out super early,

Aww amazing!!! So so pleased ❤️

hlj0627 · 24/06/2021 18:14

@overtherainbo

We seen a heartbeat, measuring 6+2😭🌈
Congratulations 🎉 i had an early scan at 6 weeks and the relief is amazing when you see its heartbeat 💓 xx

I've got an early scan today. I'm soooo nervous. Many years ago I had a miscarriage at 20 weeks - back then they didn't scan at 12 weeks - and I'm adamant something isn't right this time. I can't wait to see my bean and know everything is OK.

Mamaux · 25/06/2021 06:37

Congratulations @overtherainbo

feb2022 · 25/06/2021 14:19

@Mamaux good luck for your scan today 😘

Mamaux · 25/06/2021 20:45

Thank you @feb2022. We saw our bean and a heart beat. Soooo relieved 🤗

AmICrazy36 · 26/06/2021 08:08

Good morning ladies!

How are we all today? I have an early scan this morning and I feel sick 😷 😩 xx

Enwi · 26/06/2021 09:37

Good luck @AmICrazy36

I’m a bit under the weather at the moment. Had a headache and general flu symptoms for a few days but I’m not thinking it might be shingles Sad not fun!

feb2022 · 26/06/2021 09:44

@AmICrazy36 good luck my lovely 😘

AmICrazy36 · 26/06/2021 10:04

Just been for my scan, perfect sac but nothing showing, she has advised me to call epu as maybe it’s too early due to the pcos and could have conceived/been different but I doubt it

@AmICrazy36 hopefully your dates are slightly off, and they'll test your hcg level and all will be fine xx

Sunshine8888 · 26/06/2021 16:42

Hope everyone’s doing ok. I’ve just been so tired but not too bad otherwise. Had an early scan today which showed a little blob and heartbeat 💓 which was lovely. Measuring a little behind at 7+3 rather than 8 weeks but this happened with my first pregnancy and she caught up along the way (and then arrived a month early anyway) 😂

overtherainbo · 26/06/2021 17:59

I've had such bad cramping to the right side, it's actually causing me to stop loving and cry. I'm thinking the worst. Our EPAU isn't open weekends so it's a waiting game. Hubby is asking if I want to go private again but my last one was Tuesday and I'm scared to pay £60 to tell me bad news

AmICrazy36 · 26/06/2021 18:12

I hope so but not feeling very positive 😔

AmICrazy36 · 26/06/2021 18:13

@overtherainbo I hope everything is ok sweetie xx

overtherainbo · 26/06/2021 19:35

I've booked another private scan. There is a warning on waiting two weeks between scans on their booking system (window to the womb) I've added my note of the pain so hopefully they will see me tomorrow

AmICrazy36 · 26/06/2021 19:54

Hopefully they will see you sweetie!

I have spent all day googling and not sure what I’m thinking or feeling. Don’t know whether to leave this or wait until I speak to epu on Monday/see what happens 😔

Xx

overtherainbo · 26/06/2021 20:50

I would definitely wait. I was dating 7/8 weeks and was told I was 6. It's happened in all my pregnancy's. You're not out. The waiting is the worst part!xx

Aeb88 · 26/06/2021 21:37

Defiantly go the EPU if you can @AmICrazy36 I had a scan Tuesday after a bleed and was told there was no heartbeat. They said they wouldn’t rescan for 10 days but I had another scan yesterday after being admitted to a different hospital for a stomach issue and they found a heartbeat. The waiting is so hard, all I did in between was google too! I’m still lightly spotting (and googling) but more hopeful now.

@overtherainbo I managed to get a scan at a general hospital with no maternity services, so if you still have cramping and your EPU is closed maybe a&e or 111 would be able to help over the weekend? Fingers crossed for you.

overtherainbo · 27/06/2021 15:11

I have a haemorrhage close to the sac but she said it should absorb or drain. She said as long as it doesn't grow it will be fine.

I am measuring 7+1 today

Hey all, can I just ask if anyone's symptoms started to fade at about 9.5 weeks? I haven't had crazy ones, but nausea is a lot lot better and food aversions have gone today. Boobs are still swollen and veiny, but not really sore anymore, and my bloating has gone down a bit. Just a bit worried, having had a miscarriage last time. My midwife didn't seem worried when I mentioned it in my booking in, but just wondered if that was normal for others?

Applecrumble24 · 10/07/2021 14:51

I was told that the placenta takes over from the yolk sac between 8-10 weeks and this can ease symptoms.
I know It's so hard not to worry when you've had a previous mc 🤗

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 10/07/2021 15:10

@Applecrumble24 thank you I hope it's that 🤞

Snapdragon39 · 11/07/2021 03:29

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 - I literally woke up a couple of weeks ago and all my symptoms had disappeared overnight , bloating , sickness , breast tenderness . I was worried enough to go have a private scan but all was fine and heartbeat present . The symptoms haven’t yet returned but it’s a strange feeling to not have any pregnancy symptoms at the moment . Hope it helps to know you are not alone x
