Hi all
Thought I would share my pregnancy with everyone and have a thread so we can all talk.
So I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby. Still early stages. Baby is due December 28th...

So lovely to hear scans have gone well. I have a week until mine. Can I ask does anyone else here have type 1 diabetes?

All went well at scan, measuring 11+4 so one day ahead, edd 27th December! Baby was curled up so hard to get good pics but then it did start moving & kicked legs all over place! Think my bladder was too full as well @LAR96 lol!

@burtle4 yea a bit camera shy at start, absolutely amazing detail on top one though with the spine, turning its wee back to us lol! We did get a little show eventually though when the midwife kept prodding me with the scan thing, legs kicking everywhere!

Hello ladies how is everyone coping through this hot weather... I've haven't been too good. Been suffering really bad sun stroke... yesterday I couldn't do
Anything... my appetite hasn't been great either

@jade0881 ahh hope you feel better soon! I have been okay in this weather however today I've burnt and now I'm at home with a blanket as I am freezing, so think I may have a little sun stroke too! Plenty of rest and water x

Hi ladies, not doing too bad to be honest. I had a private scan on Saturday for the NIPT test and got videos of baby moving around. Couldn’t believe how much it was wriggling around! Hoping for the results end of the week all being well. Next week is my NHS scan at Long last!

I had my scan and bloods for downs on Friday with NHS? Howcome you chose to have the NIPT test privately?

@LAR96 my dating scan is when I’ll be at 13+5 so I was worried they might miss being able to get the measurement etc.

My trust said at first they didn’t have the capacity to perhaps do the screening so it was something we pencilled in as a ‘just incase’ but then when my scan came through and I realised I was going to be at the end of the window, I read way too many posts of ladies who went in for dating scans that late and they couldn’t do it and it gave me the fear 😂

@tuxedocat hiya hun glad all went well. I'm gonna ask a really silly question. What is NIPT? Is that the same as the downs testing?

I am 12 weeks tomorrow and I have my dating scan when I'm 13+5.. I'm worried now from the post you posted.

@tuxedocat ahh I never gave that a thought really, didn't realise you could be too late to get it! I was 12 weeks 4 days when I had mine x

I’m 12+4 with 3rd child.
I have my dating scan this Friday but already had a private reassurance scan at 10 weeks following COVID Sad Thankfully baby was doing good! Grin
Looking forward to seeing how much baby has grew in the last couple of weeks Grin
