Wanted to start a thread, albeit a little early... But want to chat to people in the same boat.
BFP 12dpo 2 days before AF due. Last period was 4th Feb which I think makes me 3+3, and due date about 10th November! First baby. Anyone else got their BFP? I know it's early days and anything can happen (I know that all too well) but not going to let that take away my excitement. Baby very much wanted after 2 years since mc.

I'm due (going by my last period) on the 4th Nov! Still early days but I'm cautiously excited

@BabyBooDueNov21 of course! When did you find out? I'm not working because of covid so I feel like I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting to see if everything is ok!

@lolateddy eeek congrats! I got my BFP on Saturday 20th Feb, I’m 4 weeks 6 days today. Due on 2nd November according to last period! I would have been 3 weeks 4 days I think when found out xx

I found out officially (clear line) on Thursday, when I was 4 weeks so this feels like it's going to be the longest pregnancy ever! And trying to hold off on telling anyone until 12 weeks which is so hard...
How are you feeling?

@BabyBooDueNov21 I feel exactly the same, I told all my family last time and then 2 days later I started bleeding so I'm going to hold off this time. I'm feeling really anxious, it's changed the way I reacted to my positive test and everything because of what happened before so I'm just trying to relax and not think too much into it until my scan! I'm going to try and book a private one. Do you have any symptoms yet?

Hello! Hoping I can join this thread too? I had a BFP on Sunday, working out my dates etc I am 4 weeks today and due 9th November with my first. I have been quite anxious as I had a mc at 6 weeks in December and just hoping everything goes ok. Yesterday my back was aching like crazy, super exhausted, headache, tender breasts and nauseous. Today I feel better, my back still aches a little and my boobs are still tender. Trying not to drive myself crazy with every little niggle.

Hey all can I join too?! I got my BFP at 10/11dpo on 26th Feb! Think I’m about 4 weeks 2 days! I’ve been peeing lots, feeling hungry and sore boobs (symptoms I had with DS) I’ve booked an early scan for 21st March. I want to do the same and try and hold off until 12 weeks! We told parents super early last time but I think whilst we are currently stuck in let’s try and keep it a secret!

Hi girls, I'm still a little cautious as my lines aren't really bold yet but I would date myself as due 12th Nov if all goes well! This is completely new to me, this is my first age 28, conceived cycle 3 trying.

Hello! I'm due 5th November according to the NHS calculator. This will be our first after 9 months of trying. Congratulations everyone!

@glow92 OMG you got your bfp?!! Congrats lovely I’m so so pleased for you. Totally get that you’re being cautious hopefully you’ll seen that line become lovely and dark.

@MillyBeans I’ve just done the NHS calculator and mine says 8th Nov so 4 weeks 1 day for me! Congratulations!

@ker89 love it! 😂 I thought I was daring with having a 17 month old currently! Super exciting though!

I’ve been feeling tired but can’t seem to sleep or wake up during the night! Had a few headaches, a few twinges in my tummy but nothing painful, my boobs are feeling heavy and sometimes sore. No sickness yet xx

@Gigi1109 I did!! Only 11 (possibly even 10) DPO as I had a late ovulation. Very excited but very anxious! Wondering when is the right time to request an appointment, am I possibly too early? All so new to me!

Fab news! Same as I was! You have your first midwife appointment at 8 weeks so you can call to book that! With my first that’s all I did, I didn’t need an appointment with a GP or anything! I’ve worked in GP practices and some have different ways of doing things! And then I’ve booked an early private scan I’ll be almost 7 weeks so hopefully will manage to see the heartbeat all being ok. I had early scans with my first too!

@Gigi1109 that's what I thought, but that it was maybe even too early for me to schedule an 8 week.... thank you for letting me know, I'll get on that. All being well I definitely want to do an early private scan, they have just popped up my my Facebook with 20% I really want to do it now but scared I'm jumping the gun! 🙈 feels like a sign though!

@glow92 Yeah I haven’t rang to book mine yet will probably do so next week! I totally get what you mean I feel exactly the same even though I’ve already got DS. You can get the viability scans from 6 weeks so you’re not far off if you do book one! I booked the scan because I found a discounted one too 😂

Hi all, could I join? Got BFP yesterday 9/10 dpo (not quite sure). Do people test daily? I tested yesterday at 14:30 and then this morning 6am, both line are pretty much the same in colour. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be worried?

Congrats @DizSquiz lovely news! I got my bfp on Friday (yes I took 3; 2 was because I couldn’t quite believe it and the 3rd was for the other half to see his reaction haha) and took another FRER on Monday and the line was super dark so I wouldn’t worry at the minute! I’d give it a couple of days if you want to see the line get darker 😊 I’m done with testing now!

@Gigi1109 congrats! I must have took 2 test a day, hubby was going mad! I've called doctors today to complete the referral form for midwife - I don't think they call me right away as I'm only 5 weeks but it's all so exciting and starting to feel very real xx
