@Pinkroses12
Could be wrong but i thought 1-2 meant 3-4 weeks as you add 2 weeks not 4? Wish thats the case though!
This is right, you add 2 weeks to the clearblue reading. So 1-2 is 3-4, 2-3 is 4-5, 3+ is 5+.
I truly hope you get a more positive outcome and that your dates might just be out/baby needs time to catch up.
BUT I wanted to share my own experiences of this happening.
I’ve had this happen in 3 of my 4 miscarriages. I never got beyond 1-2 weeks. Test lines never got that dark etc. Scans showed me to be weeks behind where I should have been. Then eventually bleeding started.
I know many say they aren’t reliable, but for me they always predicted the correct outcome. In my current pregnancy I got a 1-2 at 10dpo, 2-3 by 12dpo, and 3+ at 19dpo. I had a frer dyestealer by 13dpo.
I would try and see if maybe your gp would at least be willing to do hcg blood levels for you, 48 hours apart so you can see if the levels are rising or dropping.
Alternatively you could book yourself a private scan seeing as your doctor won’t refer you to EPU. The private places near me scan from 6 weeks.
I had a scan at the EPU (due to recurrent losses) at 5+4 and baby was measuring bang on with a heartbeat. Since then private scans at 6+2 and 7 weeks have all been spot on too.
Like I said I truly hope yours isn’t an outcome like mine, but clearblue were always spot on for me. Xx
