LOL I just couldn't let that only child thing go, it was haunting me

we have been ttc for a few months (I kept it secret NDP so you wouldn't have known) and without any luck and then ds being described as an only child did my head in, it sounded sort of final

I should have known I had blown my cover then and there

am for you, but also for myself. In my silly internal people to compare myself with thoughts, I had you as my "only has one dc, of same age as my dd, so far" benchmark, and now you've left that status ( )I feel like an extra big bl&&dy failure. My dd is 4.5, and after 2m/cs this year I (irrationally?!?!) fear she will not get a sibling. or if she does, she'll be 25 and a mother too.....
argh.
