Bleeding at 10 Weeks - terrified

I posted yesterday as I had some light pink spotting. Spotting stopped and thought all was OK. Went to the toilet about an hour ago and have started bleeding - is red blood with some very small clots. EPU won’t see me because of Covid as they are trying to limit the number of people that come in. Has anyone had the same and everything turned out OK?! I’m obviously very upset and worried. Thanks x

@MintGreenLife all was ok! Heartbeat still going and measuring bang on for dates! So relieved but a long was to go still!

Scan went well! Baby measuring perfectly
And heart rate was 149bpm! I need to try stop stressing now. Epu are checking my cervix on Tuesday to double check the spotting is from my erosion xxx
