@MrsJ89 I guess I’ll just find out on Thursday! Might be a very short call!

MrsJ89 · 14/09/2020 12:43

@Enjoy07 you'll have to let me know. Mines not till the 30th!

KatyCherry23 · 14/09/2020 13:26

All of my appointments are in person from now on. I don't know if it is just my trust that is doing everyones face-to-face or just me because I have serious mental health history.
I'm a bit bummed out too because they have put me on the 1st time mum appointments schedule so I have all the extra ones because it's my partners 1st baby, has anyone else had this? It sounds weird to me and I reckon they just want to keep an eye on me, if it is I'd rather they be upfront.
So for me I know my 16 week appointment will include a discussion about if they need to get the perinatal health team involved because my MW told me she was reffering me just incase I needed it.

Hi everyone, we went for our scan and sadly once again this is the end of the road for me. Our babies heart stopped beating at around 7.5-8 weeks.
My heart is absolutely breaking 💔 as we want nothing more than to have a healthy baby that we get to bring home but we have just had so much sadness, this is our 3rd pregnancy and third loss each through different causes.
I wish everyone the absolute best and healthy pregnancies, you all seem so lovely.
I can only hope and pray that one day we get our rainbow baby. 🌈 xx

chloxhunt · 14/09/2020 13:42

@HollieL567 I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. That's heartbreaking. xxx

KatyCherry23 · 14/09/2020 13:52

@HollieL567 I'm so sorry for your loss, this is so shit and must be a lot for you to take in. Please make sure you get any support you feel you might need and look after you and your partner.

ElsiesJourney · 14/09/2020 13:58

@HollieL567 so much love coming your way. I can't imagine how you must be feeling but know it must be awful. Take the time you need. Love and hugs x

aureliacecilia · 14/09/2020 13:59

I am sorry for your loss @HollieL567. I hope you are able to access support during this difficult time and that you are referred for tests to investigate why you have had three very sad losses. I hope things work out how you hope soon.

Usplusone · 14/09/2020 14:01

Not great news for us either I'm afraid. The nuchal translucency was raised so we have to go down the route of fetal medicine. In a bit of shock I think, was so relieved to see a baby, ignorance was bliss.

Usplusone · 14/09/2020 14:03

@HollieL567 so sorry to hear this x

MrsAndMrs · 14/09/2020 14:08

@HollieL567 I'm so sorry to read this 🤍 please be good to yourself, you will have your rainbow baby ♥️ sending lots of positive thoughts your way.

Babafarmer · 14/09/2020 14:10

Awww guys 😢

@HollieL567 I am sooo sorry for your loss. I was really hoping everything was going to be ok. I hope one day too will get your rainbow baby.

@Usplusone try to remain positive until you have had more investigation. I know this is easier said than done but lots of healthy babies are born that have a raised NT at the dating scan xx

MrsAndMrs · 14/09/2020 14:12

@Usplusone thinking of you, must have been such a shock. I assume you'll be seen quickly?

Usplusone · 14/09/2020 14:17

@Babafarmer thank you. I'm heartbroken, but trying to stay positive and remain grateful that at least we now know and can start investigating. Being a medic is a double edged sword, I'm quite good at distancing myself emotionally but also know too much.
I'm most dreading telling my MIL who will need to know as we are going away with her next week. Her mother has cancer and is refusing treatment so she's already stressed. I think she'll be really upset and I'm going to find it hard to tell her myself when I really don't want to have to support anyone emotionally apart from my husband. I realise this sounds really selfish...

I hope so, we want CVS, I'm 12+5 and it needs to be before 14 weeks

ValidUser · 14/09/2020 14:35

@Usplusone not selfish at all. You need support! I'm sorry to hear it wasn't the good news you hoped for. Hoping you're seen quickly and it works out. x

HollieL567 · 14/09/2020 14:36

Thankyou all for your support. 💞
I think I'm going to choose natural management and hope it all doesn't take too long and not too painful.
It's so sad. 😭 I really hope everything goes well for you all. Xx

TheFoz · 14/09/2020 14:42

holb54 · 14/09/2020 14:52
