@chubbyhotchoc I don’t know how you haven’t strangled her by now. You are anything but big.

NaomiB79 · 18/09/2020 16:57

@chubbyhotchoc @Jwl45 your bump pics are beautiful....you are both so neat!

@chubbyhotchoc you need a medal for putting up with your MIL, honestly don't know how you do it. You look absolutely amazing!

So I'm quite annoyed rang the antenal clinic like midwife said as I'm due a growth scan by consultant as thinks where first was small this one cud be well ring up to confirm time as they have been giving women wrong times and guess what all three scans are cancelled as because of covid the sonographer decides if u really need a scan or not I'm why wud the consultant ask for scans if he didn't think I needed em so I still have to go for consultant appointment and he thinks I need a scan I will get revoked dont understand that at all was looking forward to seeing baby and making sure all is ok as I've seen midwife once no weight was took no measurements either just bp and I dont see midwife till 15th oct which I be 32 weeks told them what a joke this care and lack of it has been and communication all she sed was I'm sorry but if the consultant doesn't need to see u any more we will take over ur appointments I told her aswell I have to have the clexhane injections daily from next week she maybe I said no I've been told by other midwife said just wait and see what consultant says idiots I tell ya oh and they still not letting partners in for appointments or scans

Kj1010 · 18/09/2020 17:04

Oh here's my bump pic 27+5

confused107 · 18/09/2020 19:35

There is a very good baby sale online for Asda if anyone is still looking for bits. Does anyone have any experience with Tommy Tippee baby monitors? Have been looking at the Angel Care ones but this looks like really good value for money

Lovely bumps everyone!

Mine is absolutely massive and I had none with my first it's so strange - and this baby is measuring less then my last was at this stage!

How annoying @Kj1010 I'm angry for you!

I like Astro @MummyShark97 🥰

We've settled on Wyatt ❤️. Wishing I hadn't told anyone all anyone says is 'oh like the cowboy - Wyatt Earp' so irritating!

We've finally exchanged contracts for the house and are moving in next week - feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders hoping next 7 weeks go smoothly 😊

PipTed · 18/09/2020 21:47

From looking at everyone’s bumps I feel like I am huge! But baby is measuring slightly smaller than average?! You’re all so neat.

Here’s my naked bump (was trying on swimwear as were now in sunny wales) -I’m 30+1

PipTed · 18/09/2020 21:49

@Kj1010 it’s disgusting that your scans have been cancelled. I’m so, so concerned of the quality of the care we’ve all be getting. 😖

@peachypetite I’d feel the same! Get all your points written down and ready to go!!!

nearlyamummyof2boys · 18/09/2020 22:17

I'm cheering you on in that forum @peachypetite go get 'em girl! X

excitednerves · 18/09/2020 22:36

@MummyShark97 I love Astro! Such a cute name.

I quite fancied Enzo today but DH not so keen.

peachypetite · 18/09/2020 23:15

Thanks ladies! Omg I looked at myself side on in the mirror today, naked, and I have stretch marks on the sides of my thighs. None on my bump though. I have been moisturising loads.

momlovesbest.com/baby-twitching

What do we think of this article? I'm quite worried this morning as baby has a good 5 mins of sudden rhythmic movement. I don't feel like it was hiccups. Was worried she might have had a seizure

Babyhope98 · 19/09/2020 08:48

I think it would be a rare that this is the case I’m sure it was just hiccups x @bunnyonthemantle

Babyhope98 · 19/09/2020 08:51

My sleeping pattern is ruined I’m tired but napping doesn’t happen during the day and I am so tired when going to bed but wake up four hours later for a wee then stay awake for four hours some times then sleep a little bit after not good when working too and I feel like I’m on borrowed time and this is my last time to rest before she arrives as sleeping will be on her terms then waaaah 😩😅

Babyhope98 · 19/09/2020 10:35

My bump 30 weeks today the countdown is on 😆

Due end Nov/early Dec - Hello third trimester!
nearlyamummyof2boys · 19/09/2020 10:58

Aw lovely bump @Babyhope98 everyone's bump has been so lovely I will try and take one later - I would definitely try and see if you can train yourself to nap in the day (if possible!) you will need to when baby comes lol

I've just finally got used to sleeping all night with my son and not napping in the day with him and I'm going to have to go back to broken nights and day sleeps! I must be crazy 😜

Asianchick6693 · 19/09/2020 11:03

Morning girls! Thanks for all your advice with regards to work. Haven't been on here lately as my PGP and morning sickness has been playing up again! I'm due a risk assessment, my manager has brought it up so will bring all my concerns to the table but if all else fails I might consider going off sick as this pregnancy has been pretty tough on me anyway and the more pregnant I'm getting the worse I feel with the PGP and MS! Hope everyone is well.

Everyone's bump photos are looking super cute.

lc86 · 19/09/2020 11:19

Oooh I love all the names everyone has chosen.. we are really stuck between Harri and Alfie.. hoping that when he is here he just looks like one of those names 🤣

Kj1010 · 19/09/2020 12:36

Afternoon all I'm still quite peed off with midwive and and hospital for lack of correspondence and care will defo be having words with consultant on Tuesday even though half of me feels like not going as I dont even no why I'm going now tbh as I thought it was so consultant can look at scan and decide what happens next but that ain't happening went to bed early last night and have woken up tired still hate that as I've had enough sleep

nearlyamummyof2boys · 19/09/2020 13:00

I would definitely still go @Kj1010 voice your concerns to the consultant - you might find it's a terrible lack of communication and they scan you anyways! Which will make it worthwhile

I love Harri or Harrison @lc86 ❤️

I would do it @Asianchick6693 you want to try and enjoy the pregnancy as much as you can and take it easy the last trimester - as things will be lovely and busy when baby comes 🥰🥰

Babyhope98 · 19/09/2020 14:37

Thank you 😊 @nearlyamummyof2boys

What’s everyone kicking pattern like. I have a few days where she’s going mad and then she goes quiet at weekends after a busy Friday and the kicks not as high up which makes me worry but I do still feel her move every few hours just not as much as other days or the same kind of movement. It’s frustrating as when she kicks a lot so much more reassuring x

Asianchick6693 · 19/09/2020 14:47

@nearlyamummyof2boys thanks hun, you're right. I'll keep you all updated.

@Babyhope98 Hey it's the same with my little girl, she's just a lot more quieter some days but the movements are there. I don't really know what to advice but I think for me, a red flag would be when I haven't felt her for a good couple of hours. A lot of things also encourage her to move like eating food/cold drinks and if she wasn't responding to those things then I guess I would worry but it's never wrong to phone the midwife or triage up just to get an opinion. Even if it meant you had to go in, it's better for your peace of mind too. Hope this helps x

Babyhope98 · 19/09/2020 14:57

I do feel her every few hours on these quiet days but not strong movements like others and if I didn’t feel something I would defo go in. Its just hard when they say about pattern as everyday is not the same. But I think as long as I feel her move on these quiet days and responds to cold drinks etc I’ll try not to worry 😄 @Asianchick6693

nearlyamummyof2boys · 19/09/2020 15:05

@Babyhope98 I've been worried the last few days as my little boy is always active!
But we've been out the last few days getting stuff ready for new house and I haven't felt him much at all - at least not strong movements - so I've chilled out today and felt him a bit more now I'm not doing anything - very relieved when I felt a big kick!

Gonna totally chill today and if he's not back to normal tomorrow going to phone in the morning

Babyhope98 · 19/09/2020 16:31

I think being busy defiantly affects it for me @nearlyamummyof2boys this big kicks are such a relief 😆 x
