@Whiffle77 oh screw staying active of your exausted! Your aloud to rest as much as you can and need, the third trimester is bloody tiring, a lot of baby sapping your energy and pressing on ALL of your bits. Don't feel bad for a second about laying down or not doing much physically, this is the time to regroup and snuggle and essentially just do 'you', and if that means zero exercise, I include even walking up the road to the shop in this category, then that is okay. Post thirty weeks rest is the most important thing, and it's so normal for sleep to be disturbed now that really if you can get a nap in every day for an hour that is going to do you the world of good. You'll perhaps worry you won't drop off at night if you do this, trust me, you will!

Babyghirl · 30/09/2020 21:22

I'm so anxious today girls I'm telling myself nt if it happens again it's when it happens again 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I already have it in my head that I think I would bck home with my folks for my husband to be to find a woman that can do what she meant to do the struggle is real hate feeling something so magical is hunting me from I wake to I go to bed 😢😢😢😢😢

ChampooPapi · 30/09/2020 21:23

@Whiffle77 and I've advanced searched Zoey36 a couple of times before uploading our list and she hasn't posted in over a month now. We just have to hope for the best for her and her baby and maybe she just thought 'fuck Mumsnet, i need to focus on myself'.

Once she gets to 40 weeks I will stop updating her gestation, she will find us if she needs us again

ChampooPapi · 30/09/2020 21:25

And we will be here for her 🙏

Whiffle77 · 01/10/2020 08:06

hopefully you're right and she just doesn't need us at the minite, as you say she knows where we are if she does! Hopefully she has had her little one now.
Glad your pipes are sorted @FireflyGirl 😂 im also glad to know im not the only one feeling pathetic!
I know @ChampooPapi but exercise helps keep my mental health in check, so I've been trying to still do a bit! I've slowed down so much generally in the last week or two, and I am def on board for napping more! Looking forward to finishing work so I can nap even easier, still got five weeks to go! Was awake every hour or so again last night, DH of course snoring away beside me! 😴

MilsCookie · 01/10/2020 08:23

Woohoooooo another girly @SunnySideUp2020!! I think it's so lovely to find out the sex (but I TOTALLY understand why you wouldn't want to as well) it definitely helps me to picture these girls better and imagine the future! Congrats lovely and bless your DP! Star

@Babyghirl we all know how you feel, the first trimester anxiety is really really tough. Especially when you've had two losses. Just keep taking it one day at a time and feel free to vent on here as much as you want. We're here for you xx

@scrumdiddly123 good luck today lovely, will be thinking of you! Will be checking in for your update xx

Ladies I'm freaking out a little bit right now. Since yesterday I've been having period pains and dull back ache. Like it literally feels like AF is about to show. I have had lots of cramping on and off throughout this pregnancy but for some reason this feels slightly worse and is making me super anxious and I've convinced myself it's signs of pre-term labour. I also keep getting a sharp stabbing pain on my left side by my ovary and occasionally at the top of my bump. Both babies are still very active so that is keeping me calm but I think I'm going to call the midwife and see what they say.

MilsCookie · 01/10/2020 08:24

P.s. thank you @ChampooPapi for updating the list... love seeing the weeks tick by and I can't believe how far we've all come!! Hoping @zoey36 is okay too!

TerribleImagination · 01/10/2020 08:31

@Babyghirl Hang in there lovey ❤️ we all know that anxiety only too well, but try and breathe through it and focus on the positive. One thing my midwife friend told me early in this pregnancy, is that I’ve had my bad luck and statistically the odds are in my favour now. You have most definitely had your back luck, with two losses, so there’s no more chance that this pregnancy will be successful than not. I know it’s so so hard though in those early days. I used to never be able to imagine myself getting to 12 weeks, let alone 20 etc, but here I am and you will get here too, I know it.

When you feel really anxious, try taking yourself off somewhere quiet, lie down and so some mindfulness or pregnancy meditation. I did that a few times and it really calmed me. Sending you love! ❤️

@MilsCookie Ouch that sounds painful!! Yeah I’d give your midwife a little call and check in, but I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about. Your girls are probably just having a growth spurt! I can totally understand the worry though!

TerribleImagination · 01/10/2020 08:34

more chance of success I meant!! Argh why can’t we edit posts!! @Babyghirl* I’ve just your post on the TTC thread though... are you ok??

MilsCookie · 01/10/2020 08:40

@Babyghirl I just saw your post too.... really hope you're okay! I had a little bleed at the start of this pregnancy and got checked out at the EPAU and all was fine (and that's when they discovered it was twins!) can you give them a call and ask to be seen? I'm sure given your history they'd see you? Are you 6 weeks today?

ChampooPapi · 01/10/2020 09:06

Are you ok @MilsCookie? Have you rang the midwife yet or your hospital? I think it may be worth going in if they think it's necessary for a Doppler or scan? When was your last one again? With twins especially this sort of thing is definitely worth getting checked out, it also sounds perfectly normal, more stretching ect so don't wig out completely! But definitely make those calls lovely and see what they think, probably best to call your hospital rather then the midwives to be honest

Babyghirl · 01/10/2020 09:13

@terribleimagination
@milscookie
I'm numb tbh but I know where it's heading I'm a pro at it nw no bleeding for me has ever been a positive outcome unfortunately. Have not told dp yet I'm ashamed and embarrassed that my body has let us down yet again I don't know if I can pull myself back from this tbh he would be better off without me tbh. Yea 6 weeks today around the time I lost last bean to can't lie it's killing me I came in to work today and I really don't know why. Told my boss if I leave today he knows why.

TerribleImagination · 01/10/2020 09:21

@Babyghirl Oh lovey I’m so sorry 💔 Only you know what you’re comfortable doing, but EPU should scan you now you’re 6 weeks. I’d get yourself home though regardless. I’m sure your DP doesn’t think the same as you about the losses lovey, but our minds often go to dark places in times of grief. Take care of yourself love, and we’re all here to chat to if you want xx

Babyghirl · 01/10/2020 10:21

Well doc just off the phone I have to keep my app for epu next week to confirm the miscarriage as I have now had 3 so i will need deeper investigations in to why as its recurrent losses. Still in work my head all over the place don't know if I'm coming or going took 8 weeks off last time. So can't c me being in work tomara or for a couple off weeks I learned after the first loss as I only took a week off and was no where near long enough to recover. My boss is understanding and has told me it won't go against me being off sick.

SunnySideUp2020 · 01/10/2020 10:45

@Babyghirl has your bleeding got worse?
How are your symptoms overall?
I completely understand the despair you must be feeling but please don't think it's all over until you had your scan.
Could you just go to physically to epu? Say your cramps are worse than they are and you would really like to have a scan to rule out ectopic or something like that so that you can put your mind at ease?
You definitely shouldn't stay in work if you will feel more comfortable at home. Take some time off today perhaps.
Hope you will be ok x

SunnySideUp2020 · 01/10/2020 10:46

@MilsCookie i hope it's no preterm labour for you lovely 😶
I would also definitely give a call to midwife.

ChampooPapi · 01/10/2020 11:04

How are you doing @Leok83? Was thinking about you when I updated the list, you've reached such a milestone, nearly 16 weeks, trucking on to the halfway point. Whens your midwife? Do you get a face to face and some doppler action?

scrumdiddly123 · 01/10/2020 11:48

Hey ladies, thank you for the good luck messages. Everything is looking perfect 😍😍 measuring bang on my dates so 12 weeks and 6 today, EDD 9th April x

MilsCookie · 01/10/2020 11:50

I'm currently on the way to the maternity assessment unit after calling the hospital and they wanted me to go in. Really hoping it's nothing bad 😣

scrumdiddly123 · 01/10/2020 11:58

Here he/she is- any gender guesses? We’ll be having a surprise I think but still like a good guess 😂

AMAZING news @scrumdiddly123 so happy for you! I think girly! 💗

SunnySideUp2020 · 01/10/2020 12:23

Ahhh amazing news @scrumdiddly123
Enjoy this awesome feeling of massive relief 😁
Hard to tell on this one tbh...
My first guess was boy
Are you finding out?

@MilsCookie hope you're ok 💕

Whiffle77 · 01/10/2020 12:25

Brilliant news @scrumdiddly123, im really pleased for you - great to have this mileston behind you too!

Good luck @MilsCookie will be thinking of you, hope all is OK

ChampooPapi · 01/10/2020 12:49

@scrumdiddly123 amazing! So happy for you 🥰🌈 it's such a weight off getting past this point, and the baby looks so cute in that scan photo

@MilsCookie glad your going in, assumed they would say come straight in. Sure it's all normal but you need a scan to assess them both. Let us know when you can 💜

TerribleImagination · 01/10/2020 14:03

Amazing @scrumdiddly123 😍❤️ That’s a huge milestone ticked ❤️

Hope everything is ok @MilsCookie ❤️

Does anyone else follow Chrissy Tiegan and feel a bit triggered today? The poor things 💔 It’s made me feel a little bit anxious. I’m sanding and painting the nursery woodwork today, but all I want to do is lie down and feel baby girl wriggling. She was super active this morning, but reading of late losses makes me scared 😔
