How old were you when you had DC?

How old were you when you had your DC and if you had more than one how far apart in age are they?

16, my first and last.

29 and 35

25 & 29

Looking back, If there is such a thing as an ideal age, I would say it was late 20s/early 30s

19 and 21. Just under 2 year gap. Lost a little boy at 29. No more x

18 when I had my first, 38 when I had my last with 2 inbetween at 23 and 36.

DD 33

Just started TTC DC2. I will be at least 35 by the time they're born. Unlikely to have a third.

36 and 38

15 when I had my first
38 when I had my second

It was the right age and age gap for me.

Currently pregnant with my first and will be 30 when I have them

24, 26, 29 and will hopefully be 35 when this one arrives

24 with DC1 and now pregnant with DC2 at 27. There will be a little over 3 years between them. Doubt we will have any more but if we did there would need to be an age gap of 5 or more years between 2 and 3 as I'll be doing a course of study and training soon so would need to wait until that was all complete.

I had mine at 21 and 23. I am 30 now and don't want anymore. I am so glad I had them when I did as I couldn't imagine being physically able to manage 2 young dc now. (I have RA)
