Any third babies on the way??

Hi Ladies,
Just wondering if there are any mums who are pregnant with their third child?

I’m 41 and have two other DCs (5 & 3). I am now 22 weeks with my third (& last) baby.

Any others out there? Want to share some concerns/worries and advice about juggling three cherubs?

I hope you’re all getting sleep too. I am definitely already experiencing a sleep deficit of sorts (pregnancy insomnia, child nightmares & 3 year old’s night terrors, etc). I’m slightly nervous about lacking sleep going into this with a third one, but maybe things will improve ??

Golden mother how did people react to your news?
Mine are a bit younger (nearly 12 and nearly 14) and had some negative comments mainly from MIL and DH work colleagues although I think with his colleagues it's just surprise that we waited so long. MIL has been negative about every pregnancy of mine through so not surprised. Just wondered if people were nice about your pregnancy after a big gap.

@PandMmum I am sure you are right - they are definitely trying to be nice and join in the excitement.

I just feel a bit sensitive about it! My eldest is not very excited about the baby, and while the younger one is thrilled, I am very worried about him feeling overshadowed when the baby is actually born.

@MrsAmelia I’m worried about the school run too - we’re a 20 minute walk from school so I’m thinking that’s potentially close to an hour from leaving the house to getting back home that it won’t be easy to feed When my second was born we all just lounged around the house in the mornings taking our time before we’d pop out to the park or something - this time will be very different! No family support here either - my dh family are in China and mine are in Devon.
