@professorastrocat - I said I'd set up a graduates group I'm tentatively on here though coz if the test at 11 is bad news I'll be back on a bus! Everything so far seems ok as the test this morning says 3 + weeks got the midwife appt tomorrow xx

@Hhdxx. We must be very close in due dates. I have shorter cycles of 25/26 days, generally ov about cd 13/14. The calculstors are saying the 31st oct/1st Nov. Xx

@sparkler07 congrats. Mine says 2nd novemeber.
I had sex last night and there was red blood. So worried. I haven't had anymore since but so worried x

@sparkler07 - Me too! The PGP was just so debilitating this first time I am dreading it when i will have rising 4yo to run after! Although I actually didn't have a great induction experience either!

@BooMamaBear - My DD will be starting school in September too! Totally makes sense about finding it hard to balance the positivity/hope against being more circumspect about the possibility that things might not be meant to be etc. I'm taking it one day/milestone at a time. (The first being to actually tell DH!!)

@Hhdxx try not to worry! I have two friends from DD's baby groups who bleed off and on throughout their pregnancies and their DC are fine!

I'm planning to book in to a local private place that offers early scans - I had one via the EPU with DD (because i had no idea of my dates!)

Is anyone else really gassy? I have just noticed that I keep burping! Which is really unusual for me!

No I havent. I have cervical erosion so I'm presuming it's that. I've not had anymore since so I'm happy. Just scared now to have sex!

FRER positive at 9dpo (yesterday) so still going to test and temp each day in the run up to AF. Peace of mind.

Them One Steps take about 25mins for any colour to show up which by then could be evaps so thank god for FRER. Just waiting and seeing now.

@BooMamaBear Due 2/3rd March I think FEM said. I've only had one real period (after withdrawal bleed) since having mirena removed so I don't know if the assumed 29day cycle is bang on.

Gotta to love the honesty of kids don't you - my DD says to me 'mummy I think you've got a baby in your tummy coz when mummies have fat tummy's it's coz there's a baby in there' obviously only being 7+1 and not being able to tell her til after about 13 weeks if we're still pregnant then j had to deny it! It's coz I am normally slim but I always get really bad water retention so I look pregnant much earlier but it's soft so it's obvs not the baby yet!! She's also seen a lot of her friend's pregnant mummies! So then she got saying how she wants a brother having lost two brothers for her I had to go n the kitchen to wash up so she didn't see me cry - I'm so emotional atm I've not cried about them for a long time!! Xxx

Haha kids have a way with words don’t they?! Not long now till you find out, I can’t imagine how hard it is x

Thanks for the support guys - I really hope this one is a keeper! I had complications with my TFMRs and excessive bleeding but I found them more painful than labour coz your body takes over a bit when you give birth but it feels like it's fighting it and feels so unnatural! I found it so much more painful coz it's like induced labour you get the quick successions of contractions but coz I had a bad reaction to the tablet I got cramps in between so I didn't get a break and they don't have the same kind of pain relief you get on the labour ward - they gave me codiene which did nothing and eventually I threw it up anyway from the pain it took 7 hours!! I don't think I can put my body thru that again -second time I declined pain relief coz it was pointless! I've had 5 units of blood over the 2 TFMRs! Xx

I’m having a really awful evening. I have this terrible terrible cold that won’t go, I feel so poorly. There’s a cough with it and I’m coughing so hard I’m being sick. I’m also coughing so hard that I’m weeing myself, but that’s less awful than the sick. I haven’t taken my make up off but have been crying so have mascara down my face. My toddler isn’t down yet, my DH is putting her to bed luckily but I feel so guilty I’m not there helping. And to top it off I have a trapped nerve in my foot, I’m feeling fat, and my in laws are visiting this weekend.

Just been having a little cry at how rubbish I’m feeling.

Sounds like such a traumatic experience @BooMamaBear you're so brave. I just can't imagine what you've been through. You know we've everything crossed for you, when will you know more?

@Needallthesleep ahh that sounds so rubbish, sounds like you really need looking after. Will the in-laws come and take your little one out or help out or are they coming round and will expect to be looked after themselves? I stand by the fact that the part of pregnancy we keep a secret from everyone is one of the bloody hardest parts. Perhaps everyone could go out and leave you to sleep?

I keep complaining about One Step tests in the morning so I thought I'd rule myself up again and test this late at night after over 2l of water through work today and some fluids tonight.

I stand corrected, they're alright 😄

One is within the first minute and the darker at normal checking time.

@professorastrocat -thank you - I really appreciate everyone's support I have my sting scan in Tuesday they'll work out from there when I'll be 11 weeks then I'll have a scan then and as long as the placenta is in an ok place have the CVS test- it takes about 3 days to get trisomy results and gender and about 2 days more to get the genetic results -if they all come back clear we're all good!!
@Needallthesleep -oh hun poor you I really hope you feel better soon!! I hope you in laws will help with your little one!!

My DD is being such a star atm coz my DH came home early from work yesterday feeling poorly which he never does and has literally been laid in bed, on the loo or laid on the sofa since he's really not very well and not eating! Then I'm laid up from about 3.30pm-8pm (putting her to bed bout 7.30pm) feeling really sick and gipping if I get up! She's been really good letting us both nap (we don't nap at the same time) and entertained herself!! Xx
