Hi Ladies, hoping you all can join soon. The TTC (trying to conceive) after MC (miscarriage) January group have been so supportive I hope we can keep it up for those who have BFP (big fat positive).

Yes Iv an appointment tomorrow, I’m so nervous 😟
My nausea is getting a bit worse so I’m taking that as a good sign.
Iv been craving everything bad for me 😂 anything that’s full of sugar 😰😂

@Cruiser1 oh that's great news. Fingers crossed the babies grown more and you can see the heartbeat etc to put your mind at ease.

I'd defo say that's a good sign as hormones are increasing. I too am starting to feel sick and when I don't eat I feel that horrible feeling! I'm napping every day at work as so tired. I work from home so I sleep during my lunch break.

Oh you lucky thing!! 🙌🏼 I’m afraid to nap Incase I don’t sleep at night! I’m up at 5.50 every morning so I can’t chance a disruption!

I know it's lucky. With my toddler waking me up as well ya really knocked me although he's starting to sleep a bit better so just trying to get on an even level but I don't think you can when pregnant.

Ahh thank you. I really hope so. My best friend has just had her dating scan today. So jealous she's at that stage and I'm still just shy of 7 weeks! Zzz

I’m fine thanks, feel like symptoms are getting stronger which I hope is a good sign 😐 will be thinking of you today @Cruiser1 . My scan is on 20th Feb, it’s in the radiology department not the EPU which is strange but I’m quite relieved, I don’t want to go back there if I can help it!! Off to a hen weekend, any tips for explaining why I’m not drinking (I’m not a big drinker anyway which the hen knows) and why I’m not using the hot tub?!! 🤔

@raspberrypickle You could say you've got s UTI so on antibiotics? Not sure how you could get out of the hot tub though? Not feeling well?

Great news you've got a scan date. I bet you can't wait for 20th Feb to see everything is ok and how far on you are. Mines on Thursday Ekk!

Hi. Thought I'd join here now so hello!
I've been surprisingly not to anxious so far but I know that's just because I've been pretending that I'm not pregnant! Hard to ignore now with the nausea! 🤢 I've got a scan on Wednesday morning but it's at the EPU and I'm terrified of going back there but I'm desperate for a scan so I will. I'll only be 6+2ish. Will a heartbeat be visible by that point? My first loss measured 6+4 so I don't even know how much reassurance this scan can give.

I had my first scan last time at 6+3 and there was a heartbeat so dinners crossed. I am also having a reassurance scan on Thursday. I'll be about 7+5 ish. Hey wanted to scan at 8 weeks but my husband is away so doing it a few days before.

I'm feeling positive too but every now and then I have a think about it. Remaining positive though until I'm told otherwise.

How are you feeling? I've started to have nausea this week, my boobs are sore and I'm so tired all the time.

Ah so hope I see a heartbeat then! I wouldn't have wanted one that early but it was meant to be my appointment with the miscarriage clinic so she has just kept the appointment but will scan me instead!

I feel really nauseous. I did with my DD from week 5-13 but this is a lot worse than it was with her! 🤢
Yes I say to myself 'pregnant until proven otherwise!'
I had a miscarriage dream/nightmare last night so I cant escape the thoughts :(

@Zoey36 oh no what a horrible dream. I'd say it's a good sign if you feel this sick.

I also was sick from about 6-15 weeks with DS but my last pregnancy which ended in MC was twins and I was so sick from the moment I found out I was pregnant. Pretty confident there is only one in there this time.

@BecsterG yes I am hoping that it means things are looking good. My last few miscarriages were all really early - allbefore 5.5 weeks and the tests were never strong and I felt so normal. This time round it does feel very different and the tests were very clear! You have to hope don't you?!

Hi and welcome @Zoey36 I think with my daughter we could see a heartbeat from around 6 weeks, I’ll be thinking of you on Wednesday.

Antibiotics was a good tip @BecsterG
unfortunately there’s another secretly pregnant lady here who used that excuse before I could! I just kept drinking soft drinks out of a champagne glass which seems to have worked so far!

Hi no, I only know because the hen's sister knew I'd had a miscarriage and wanted to give me a heads-up about the other lady in case she did an announcement so it's all very secret but quite obvious really!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've only just really started with the sickness, had it for about a week but already had enough of it. I forgot how it feels to feel like this every day. It's like being hungover all the time. Ahh

Hi I'm ok thanks, I feel quite sick in the mornings until I force myself to eat 🤢 I'm trying to see it as a positive sign though!

@raspberrypickle it's definitely positive but it's horrible at the same time. It's definitely worse in the morning with an empty stomach.

Have you heard about your scan yet?

Hi Ladies, so sorry Iv been MIA, the tiredness is unreal 😭 and the nausea is picking up now 😭 all good signs though 👍🏼

I had my US on Friday and it was ok, there was a baby and a flicker where the heart is forming. No heartbeat yet though so Iv to go back again this Friday. Hopefully better news then 🤞

@Cruiser1 hey god to hear from you. Pleased your scan was positive and fingers crossed for another positive scan this Friday! I bet all the waiting is so hard. How have your cramps been?

I hear you the tiredness is pretty awful isn't is so much harder with a little person wanting your attention. I feel like my sickness has ramped up the last two days. I'm currently lying on my bed feeling horrendous. Obviously all good signs but I forgot how much morning sickness sucks!

Roll on Thursday for my scan. How far along will you feel when you have the next scan?

Ladies I'm feeling so rough :(
I feel like I can't complain because I should just be grateful that I'm pregnant. It's horrible though. :(
I'm self-employed so I need to go to work, I'm a mum to a 17 month old so I need to meet her basic human needs but I feel like I'm failing at that too 😟
I just assumed that it would be the same kind of pregnancy as with my daughter but it's not. 😭 sorry -needed a safe place to moan

It's so hard isn't it. I'm only just starting to feel like this. Well it's been a week and the though of another month minimum really depresses me when I should be happy.

I'm not self employed but I'm a FTC and I don't get sick pay until 1st March so I too need to work and yesterday all I wanted to do was sleep! I fortunately work from home so I basically skived a lot and slept. Felt I needed to before I picked up my son from nursery.

I'm with you, feel like we shouldn't moan but you just feel so awful. I was sick yesterday for the first time. Today I'm going to try and plough through and not feel so sorry for myself. So hard!

You have your scan tomorrow don't you? That might help as you'll know exactly hard far along you are and hopefully everything will be perfect.

It is so hard! Sorry to hear you've been sick too! In one way it's reassuring but urggghhh! Yes scan is tomorrow. eek
