Hey hey! I'm 22weeks and have gone through a growth spurt this week. Suddenly look quite pregnant!

I have the nursery furniture arriving on Monday and have someone coming to quote having the carpets replaced to floorboards. Exciting.

My 20 week scan was lovely. Baby is looking so big now! We didn't find out though my partner was convinced he was right with his girl prediction!

Time seems to be going quickly now! Is everyone feeling baby movements now? I think it's making it feel much more real!

Had my 20 week scan last Wednesday and everything looked healthy 🥰 baby looked so big and was wiggling around so much! Got told that it was probably a girl but she couldn't get the best view, so booked a gender scan last Saturday as I was desperate to know, and she's definitley a girl 💕 I think it feels a little more real now, and it's so nice to know a bit more about her!

@Larrydavid how's your nursery coming along? I'm off work this week so been doing some painting! Our carpet it ready to be fitted whenever we are, so excited to get it all done! Then we'll probably order furniture once we have the date for the carpet being fitted.

I can feel baby move a lot now! Feel like she's having a party in there some days 😂 (or nights as that seems to be when she likes to move the most!) can't believe that's over half way now, before we know it they'll all be here!

@MrsS147 aww congrats! How exciting you're having a girl! Did you guess that it was a girl?
We have the furniture built but need to put down new wooden floors then decorate it all! I felt like we had lots of time and now it feels like it's March already! Where is the time going?!

The baby is really kicking now - I'm the last couple of days it's gone crazy, I can see it from the outside now. It's so cute! Feel like there's actually a little human in there.

How are you doing @Mimi91 And @Crazybunnylady123 ?

@MrsS147 aww congrats on your baby girl! So tempted to find out next week, but I know DH wants to wait. Convinced I have a boy in there 👀

@Larrydavid good thank you, can't feel any movement yet, but lots of stretching! Sooo lovely you can feel proper kicks now 🥰 how many weeks are you now? And how's the wedding planning?

@Crazybunnylady123 how did your scan go?

We put the chest of drawers together today, just need to get the carpet down before buying more furniture. Loving every second of being pregnant, it's uncomfortable but amazing! feel like it's flying by!

Hi everyone,
Scan went alright and we have another baby girl!
Omg! Two girls!
So I have had my daughters clothes out the loft and been washing and ironing them all ready.
Bit sad I won’t get to have a boy as we won’t have anymore. But glad baby is healthy and happy and she is kicking me a bit now.
Have just gathered a few toys so far for the baby. Nothing too major. Lidl have nice ones in this week.
@Mimi91 that looks so cute.
@MrsS147 snap!

@Larrydavid I was convinced we were having a boy! Lovely surprise though, I'm so excited 🥰 I can't believe it's almost March too! It'll be our 1 year anniversary on 31 March, can't believe it's almost been a year since our wedding day 😭 How's your wedding planning coming along?

Aww that's so sweet you can see from the outside! I've not seen from outside yet, but she has a habit of stopping kicking whenever I try to have a look or feel 😂

@Mimi91 I was convinced we were having a boy too! DH thought it was a boy at first too, but then changed his mind a few weeks ago and he was right!

Your set of drawers are so nice! Our carpet is getting fitted on Friday, so excited to get the furniture once that's been done! I'm loving being pregnant too, some of it is a bit crap and uncomfortable, but I love having my bump and being able to feel all the movements and stuff. It's just amazing to feel like I'm growing a little human in there 🥰

@Crazybunnylady123 so glad to hear your scan went well! Having two girls will be lovely ☺️ I think it's normal to feel a bit disappointed if you didn't get what you'd want, but as you say she's healthy and happy which is the main thing 🥰

@MrsS147 Im fine with it, it’s more about how final it feels that I won’t have a son. I won’t have another child in the hope of producing a son. We always said two kids, so that they would have each other. I know I will love her so much when she’s born!
But I think if I give birth to a boy I will throttle the sonographer. I have been doing so much washing to make sure everything is perfect for her!
@Larrydavid doing fine have a lot to think about. I’m potty training my toddler this week and we had a breakthrough poop yesterday! Haha!
Daughters picked out a purple for her bedroom but it’s a bit of a wait as we have to shift some rooms about!

Hi ladies, finally at 20 weeks! As if I have the latest due date in the group and I'm halfway...babies incoming 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼

Still can't feel baby, but I have my scan tomorrow, so really looking forward to seeing them again.

Had a really productive day today and then had a bout of hysterical crying about an hour ago...I mean literally crying into my dinner and nearly choking on spaghetti. Aren't hormones the best?!

Anyway, here's a little bump photo, totally in love with little pickle 😍 hope you're all doing okay..

How did your scan go @Mimi91? Your bump is looking lovely 😍 can't believe that's us all over half way now! The babies will all be here before we know it! 👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻

Hormones are the best 😂 I've lost count of the amount of times I've cried over something ridiculous!

Our nursery is now painted and the carpet has been fitted too! Furniture was delivered over the weekend, just waiting on DH building it as he won't let me do it 😂 he's adament he's doing it all himself so won't stop him 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm so impatient though, I want it done now!

Thought I'd add a bump photo too! I feel so big 😂 I'm really short though, so I'm guessing it's growing out as there not much space to grow up!

@MrsS147 oh my gosh, gorgeous bump 😍

Scan went well thank you, although we didn't ask to find out the sex, we both caught a glimpse when the sonographer looked at the thigh bones. We are both pretty sure it's a girl, but can't be 100% 💕👀

Doing the nursery is so exciting! We're having the carpet fitted Monday. DH wants to do it all, but at his own pace, which is royally pissing me off - I'm horribly impatient.

Have you had the discussion with DH on names yet?

Hey guys! Great news on the nursery's. Our new floors are being fitted next week then we're going to finish decorating.

I've been in New York this week and my bump is about twice the size as it was when I arrived! I don't think all the food has helped that! I'll post a bump pic when I'm back.

You both look gorgeous!

@MrsS147 I'm short too and swear it grows out quicker as a result.

@Mimi91 we've finally decided on a boy's name and girl's name now. Feels like a huge relief! We also didn't find out at the scan but thought our baby might be a girl too when they did the thigh shot. I googled a lot of images after that! 😂

Glad everyone is doing well! Time is flying isn't it?!

So glad to hear your scan went well @Mimi91 😍

My DH is doing the same. At least he built the cot yesterday so we're getting there in stages 😂 I just want it all done now!

We've talked about names but struggling to find one we agree on! We're having Elizabeth as a middle name but not sure on a first name. Picking a boys name was easy, just can't pick a name for a girl 😂

@Larrydavid how is New York? I'm so jealous! And all the food they have there too!

I really do think height must have something to do with it! I saw the midwife last week and she measured my womb size, and it seems the size would be roughly the same no matter your height so it makes sense that it would have to grow out more on someone shorter!

Time really is flying! I'm so excited to meet baby, but I think I'll miss the bump once its gone!

Hey guys, how are you all doing? It's a funny old time to be pregnant now, isn't it? I've tried to stay indoors as much as possible and work from home I have my own business so am a bit worried about all the jobs that have cancelled but as long as the baby stays healthy that's all that matters.

@MrsS147 New York was so amazing. So glad we got out there and back before flights etc were cancelled. I had a bit of a scare on the last day - I started bleeding heavily and ended up in hospital. Luckily everything was ok - my placenta is low and they think it's that. Have you come up with a girls names yet? Are you not finding out the sex? I think we have a name for each now.

@Mimi91 how are you getting on? How's your nursery looking? We had our floors put in so ours is ready to paint now. Can't wait to get it sorted.

@Crazybunnylady123 how are you doing??

Hope you're all well and not too affected by the pandemic! X

@Larrydavid
Just staying in to stay safe. People are bonkers, couldn’t get my toddler her pull ups or her spaghetti hoops. Heard people bragging about having 400 loo rolls in their garage! Just ridiculous.
Hope you guys are all okay, had my whooping cough jab. Getting closer.

@Larrydavid oh my gosh, I bet that was so scary! Glad it's all okay though and you had a lovely trip. I'll attach a pic of the nursery so far ☺️

Trying to socially distance as much as possible. It's DH's 30th birthday today - so gutted for him.

Had my whooping cough vaccine on Monday, there was a barricade outside the surgery with a senior nurse on the door. I was the only patient in the entire place, no reception staff, the senior nurse had to watch me wash my hands and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Very weird!

It's strange to think I left work on Monday not realising I won't see my colleagues now until after mat leave!!

@Crazybunnylady123 eurgh, sorry you're having to deal with that, crazy times!

The birthing suite I wanted to use is now a corona virus isolation ward 😣 fingers crossed the spread of the virus slows down soon! At least we all have something wonderful to look forward to 👶🏼💛

How is everyone doing today? I’m almost 27 weeks now and getting quite a lot bigger!
Daughter is upset at not seeing any of the family other than me and her dad. I have been ordering bits and bobs for the nursery, but I won’t be able to put it together as now we can’t get to much decorating as dp is a key worker and is working so much more. I’m making some bits and bobs for babies room in the evenings and hope to have completed them before she’s born. Trying to keep busy!

Hey guys! How are you all getting on? Realized I hadn't been on here for ages!

I've had an eventful few weeks. After my hospital trip in New York, I've been admitted twice here with big bleeds which frankly, were a bit scary. First one was at 4am but after some close monitoring, they let me home the following day. The next one was a few days later - they prepped me for a c section but luckily it calmed down. I had to stay in for four days (with no visitors and not really any clue as to what was going on, when I'd be allowed home!) but luckily I'm home now and baby is still cooking! I have a low placenta that seems to be causes issues. Hospitals are odd places to be at the mo.

How are you guys coping with lockdown? How far along are you all now?

@Mimi91 your nursery looks so calm and lovely! Our dog is very happy in our nursery too! She's totally treating it as her own room.

@Crazybunnylady123 how are you doing - hope you're still keeping yourself busy and you haven't gone insane entertaining yourself and your daughter! (I can't even imagine how hard that must be!)

@Larrydavid
I’m now getting on for 32 weeks, Pregnancy going well as far as baby is concerned. However my back pain and sciatica is horrendous, the hospital have sent me a belt to help hold my pelvis together. It’s very frustrating and I am very uncomfortable at night.
Sounds like you have had a tough time of it and I hope you are alright now. Hospitals are a very scary place right now. Take care of yourself.

@Larrydavid oh gosh, you've had a rough time 😞 how many weeks are you now? You must be getting close!

I went to hospital yesterday (just for bloods and the anti-D) and it was really strange. Tape everywhere! I'm lucky to live less than 5 mins from the hospital I'll be giving birth at, but all my appts are at other hospitals at the moment as there are so many Covid-19 patients at my local. Fingers crossed the current situation improves before our due dates 🤞🤞🤞

@Crazybunnylady123 poor thing, sounds very uncomfortable.

We're all in our third trimester now, let the countdown commence. We got this 💪 sending positive vibes x

@Crazybunnylady123 sciatica is the worst! I had it a couple of years ago (I can only imagine it's worse with pregnancy!) I found that stretching exercises really helped. Hope you're feeling better soon and that belt helps!

@Mimi91 I'm nearly 34 weeks! I'm so grateful to get to this point as we didn't think I would a couple of weeks ago. Oh what a nightmare goingvto different hospitals. But good if you're avoiding virus patients! Hopefully they'll do more widespread testing soon in hospitals.

Not long to go! Keep safe ladies! X

I was thinking do any of you fancy doing a healthier eating/fitness thread together after our babies are born?
I really want to shift any excess weight and get healthier for my kids.
Just an idea.

Just had my 28 week appt (although now 29 weeks). My midwife recommended a home birth...I hadn't even considered it as an option, I thought they were discouraging them atm, but she said because of the area we live in and the fact I'm low risk, she was really encouraging the idea...something to think about anyway 🤔

@Crazybunnylady123 totally on board, my fitness levels are actually shocking 🙈

I've not posted on here in ages 😩 my mental health hasn't been great since the lock down started, just missing family and feeling a bit down that the end of the pregnancy isn't going to be how I imagined. I do feel a bit better now and so excited for baby arriving!

I'm 34+5 now - can't believe how quickly that has come around! 3 weeks left at work now, just want to be done really!

Just had a message from my midwife that my iron is really low. It came back low at my 28 week appointment, but not low enough to go on tablets. She retested me at my appointment yesterday as Ive been feeling really tired and she wanted to rule it out. Was feeling a bit rubbish as I thought this was just normal, but kind of glad there's a reason why I've been so tired (been going to my bed at 8:30 and waking up at 7:30 still tired 😂) hopefully can sort it out now and feel sightly more normal until baby comes!

How is everyone doing? Can't believe that we'll be having baby arrival announcements soon!!

@MrsS147 Pleased to hear from you, seen midwife this morning and baby is fully engaged and ready to come. I can’t wait to get past the next few weeks as I’m so uncomfortable now!
She’s reassured me that dp will be able to be at the birth and on the ward with me. I feel much better, I am struggling though not seeing my mum and dad and with a very fed up three year old. Hanging on to the thought that I will soon have her in my arms and never doing it again! Snip snip!
