Nothing Showing on Ultrasound

Help! According to my LMP (04/10/19) I should be 4 weeks & 5 days pregnant. I had some pain so I went for a scan today, nothing at all showed up on a scan. My HCG levels are at 435 and they are repeating my bloods in 48 hours. Any advice? Confused

I had a scan today and they can't see anything. They don't my bloods and came back at 4200 with progesterone at 11.5

I have to go back on Friday to see if my progesterone has gone up but the midwife has advised me to prepare for ectopic pregnancy..it's being classed as a pregnant with unknown location

I don't know what to thing. Has anybody gone through anything similar?

At almost 11 wks mine was still behind my pubic bone

@emzyemz85 I'm terrible at replying 🤦🏻‍♀️ I saw a little heartbeat. We have a private scan on the 18th too! Xx
