Bleeding early Pregnancy?

Hi there I’m new here.
Looking for some hope and some with similar experience to what I am going through right now.

Some background if needed,
I have been ttc for close to 4 years now,
I had my first pregnancy with the help of IUI this Year in May unfortunately it ended quickly.

I recently did IUI with injectables,
My dr appointment for pregnancy test was scheduled 14dpiui 9/27, on 9/26 i had spotting completely felt like i was out this month, called the dr she said come in either way for bloodwork.. day of blood work shockingly surprised HCG 38.5 (low but higher than my first pregnancy.)

Bleeding never stopped (sorry tmi)
It got heavier, dr wants to retest hcg tomorrow to see if it will wise or come down..
Friday and early Saturday it was heavy, no pain, no clots, today spotting..

I have been instructed to stay in bed from friday to Monday, which gives me lots of room to think.

@So12345 so happy for u, i remember the first scan i had after the mmc, i was terrified especially cos i had started getting broken spotting, the minute i saw the baby i was happy cos with rhe mmc there was nothing but an empty womb, then i got scared again until he found a heartbeat at that moment when i saw the heart on the screen i broke down and cried, my dh couldnt see the screen at that point but he coipd tell by me it was all ok even though i was crying i waa smiling too which gave it away, then they remembered to bring him over to me. We were screened in the very same epu room as b4 which terrified me too. Ita so good to see a heart beating away. I still cry a bit each time. Try to think of u now for a while baby is fine now all warm inside. How far are you gone now?
