Only just got a BFP and worried already

Happy to have gotten a BFP today but am already worried and convinced it's not going to stay in there as I've had quite strong cramps for a couple of days now, was convinced AF was going to show up and every time I go to the toilet I'm sure there's going to be blood. Got a DD and Ds already but I've had an ectopic and MMC in the past so can't help but feel worried about it (hence posting at 2.30 in the morning as I can't sleep)

Hello @sprite25, looks like you and I are in the same boat. I got a BFP yesterday, but after an ectopic pregnancy in Feb, I am also up in the middle of the night convinced this is all a false alarm! How are you doing, and is there anything that might help you get back to sleep? There are guided sleep meditations on YouTube which I might try in a minute.
