Sadly I'm no longer pregnant. Started bleeding a bit over the weekend and another pregnancy test is now negative. So it would seem it was a chemical pregnancy. Tbh it wasn't a surprise due to my older age and the fact I fell pregnant on the pill. I've been through mc several times before so I'm coping. Still sad though.

I wish you all the very best of luck and happiness with your little ones! Enjoy every minute-my boys are now 9 and 12 and it's gone waaaaaaaaaay too fast!

@EPSpartyof3 I'm doing alright thank you have another scan on Thursday I'll be 6 weeks so excited to see a heartbeat last scan they saw the scan and yolk sac . Otherwise I am quite nauseous and I've lost 7 pounds in 1 week so a bit worried I thought your meant to gain weight ! How are u fairing and bubba x

FairyDustSprinkles · 23/07/2019 15:41

@EPSpartyof3 from what they told me at EPU spotting and cramping is normal . I've had quite strong cramps but they told me it's just my uterus stretching I've had no spotting or bleeding . I think at this stage it's all very normal my mums a midwife and she said not to worry cramping can continue till 16 weeks! It's so hard not to worry though as first baby x

Pregnant me + Heat = 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Ended up sitting in my car on the drive with the air con on for an hour 😂

@Mrskcam sorry to hear about your trip to A&E. Has the pain subsided? Fingers crossed the scan looks good :)

@FairyDustSprinkles I’ve heard lots of people lose weight in the first trimester due to food aversions/nausea etc. As long as you stabilise and begin to gain from your 2nd trimester onwards then all is well :)

becca3210 · 23/07/2019 18:07

Oh god yes the heat @Keyboard91 has not been pleasant today but don't think I feel necessarily worse because I'm pregnant. Still feeling very normal apart from a few sore boob twinges (4wks 2 days) is funny as feel would like more symptoms for reassurance but know I will wish to not feel sick if/when that starts! Take care in the heat ladies hope things are ok @Mrskcam pain wise xx

Crumble2020 · 23/07/2019 18:38

I’ve been debating with myself about whether we’ve managed to time this well or not... plus side is when we’re massive it’s winter and won’t overheat, and have our babies (and Mat leave) as we get into summer.
However, nausea and cramping when it’s so hot - not great!

MrsM02 · 23/07/2019 18:41

Hi ladies, I've been lurking but looks like I'll be joining you all!

BFP on Monday and I think that puts me at 4+2
Drs appt tomorrow , very nervous this is our first and we've been ttc for over a year!

No crazy symptoms just mega tired, really hot and a bit of cramping

EPSpartyof3 · 23/07/2019 19:45

@GingerRogers84 were you able to add me? :)

EPSpartyof3 · 23/07/2019 19:51

@FairyDustSprinkles oh wow- that can be tough- many women lose weight in the first trimester- I on the other hand did not have that problem - come and go nausea but its pretty much handled..thank you I am just still slightly worried about the spotting is sooooo minimal and brown but none the less-- at 6 weeks I did my first US and there was a HB :) my progesterone was a little low so I take pills every night
and I going in tomorrow for an 8 weeks scan - hard not to be nervous! Esp being my first- we truly believe its a blessing and a miracle- but still scary!
Excited for you to see your scan ! yay!
Are you still nauseous?

@MrsM02 CONGRATS! so happy for you !! YEs that was like my DP and I too :) I have been nervous pretty much the entire time and I am now at 8 weeks! Its our first and I am 35 with HX of Endomitriosis

hard not to be nervous :)

MrsM02 · 23/07/2019 20:06

@EPSpartyof3 thank you! I'm 34 so not far behind you!!

FairyDustSprinkles · 23/07/2019 20:10

@EPSpartyof3 yeah I don't blame you for worrying every part of pregnancy seems a worry !! But us ladies will all be just fine ! Winkyeah I really don't want to lose any more weight so tonight I had this drink they give to the elderly for additional calories my mum gave them to me . Fingers crossed the pounds come back up my poor bum is non existent already not that I had much to start with Hmm. Oooo your 8 week scan how exciting! How have you found your EPU? I really like mine x
