I’ve become slightly obsessed by brie. When I chose my lunch it’s although the Brie baguette literally jumps out. I’m also going to France next month on holiday and it’s going to be hard. I’ll make up for it I’m sure through eating pattiserie!

Also being able to buy nice new summer clothes. The shops are full of gorgeous stuff none of which will fit!

My figure I feel like a beached whale and keep looking at my size 10 pre pregnancy clothes wishing I could wear them. I have only put on 1st at 29 weeks but hate it. Also red wine it never bothered me the last 2 pregnancies but I miss it this time.

I ate Brie, drank coffee.

I missed buying nice clothes.

laying on my tummy! I hate sleeping on my side lol

So much!

Wine, rare steak, pate. Generally being able to eat what I want (I have gestational diabetes).

Being comfortable, having autonomy over my own body. Sleeping on my front. Rollercoasters! I also really miss doing my job properly. I have a physically risky job and have to take a big step back while pregnant, which is so hard. Can't wait to feel like a fully functioning person again.

I miss my beautiful clothes Sadand having a waist. Also not feeling terrible ALL THE FUCKING TIME.

My doctor thinks 99% of the food rules are bollocks, so I've been eating all the rare steak 🥩 and I never gave up coffee. I did go cold turkey on the booze though - I can't wait to have a dirty martini 🍸

NapsAndTea · 11/05/2019 10:17

@ChristinaMarlowe ibuprofen! I never took many painkillers but I've had a lot of headaches (from hormones I think as always got them before when I was due on) and ibuprofen are so much easier to swallow!!

Glad to see that a PP has pulled up @Teddybear45 for trotting out the myth that French women aren’t advised to give up mould-ripened cheeses. The French guidelines go even further than the U.K. and advise women also to avoid pre-grated cheese.

I live in Australia and the medical advice here is that it's totally fine to eat brie during pregnancy. I often do.

I miss nice wine. Soooo much. It would go nicely with my brie...
