I've had sickness throughout this (now 34 weeks) unfortunately and my saviours have been:
Ice cold water. As cold as it can get. I keep a huge bottle of water in the fridge and go through a lot of ice.
Plain digestive biscuits. I hate ginger biscuits but apparently they help too, so you could try both?
Putting my feet in cold water and a cold flannel on my face. No clue as to why my feet being cold helps but it does. And the flannel on my face stops the sweaty sucky feeling.
Plain walls. Probably sounds nuts but nothing has helped me more than sitting in my white, plain tiled bathroom and leaning against the cold tiles and just looking at plain, unmoving white.
And lastly, cleaning my teeth and having a constant supply of mints, usually soft mints so I chewed them. Having something in my mouth seems to stop the feeling of sick coming up.
I hope this helps, and good luck! It's awful but if you can get through this with things to help it will be easier! Feel better soon
