First baby due June 2019!

We have been trying 8 months and I realised today that my period was a day late. Took a test and nearly fell over from shock with I saw two little lines! We're so happy! Anyone else due June 2018? It's a little early as I'm due the 1st!

@Swisbest2 I am with you there....totally irrational feelings aren't they but feel like they are the most important thing in the world!
I'm just piling into way to much bread and butter at the minute! Not good!

@carlyb i know after i set myself up in bed with kitten and some really trashy girls only tv i felt better and went on to have a crazy vivid dream about a 4d scan of a little girl all bouncing around in there. Up and down is putting it mildly 😂

Can anyone feel their uterus yet?

I’m 11+3 but very fluffy, can’t feel it if I lie on my back and press but can feel it if I’ve got a full bladder and lie on my front (at leas I think I can) feels like someone has put a tennis ball under there.

Hey @iswallowtoothpaste not sure whatnim feeling for tbh but i do have a crease above pu ic area thats not normally there and have been feeling like flutter or my pulse lol 11 tmw. Any tips would be great gotta wait til 26th for scan so nervous atm

@Swisbest2 I’m not sure if you can actually feel it with your fingers before 12/13 weeks as usually at 12 weeks it’s just level with the top of your pelvis, I feel like there’s something there when I lay on my stomach.

Hi all, just found this thread, im also due in June, the 14th . This is my second child, and morning sickness started at 4 weeks and seems to be finished now (at almost 10 weeks). I know some are worried when morning sIckness stops but just hoping it's because it started early and not the usual 6 weeks... I had a scan at 8 weeks and baby was doing good and had a strong heartbeat so fingers crossed x

Had my 12 week scan this morning! All is good! Most insane experience of my life...couldn't compose myself at all!
Cried in the car park and before we went in as this is where I was when I found out Wed had a missed miscarriage.

Our baby was very sleepy but turned for us to show us a full front view seeing the face was very bazaar and then turned onto its side to show us it's back! So magical!

Amazing news @carlyb did yoi get any pics? Im gonna be the same 26th but ill be 13 weeks such a long wait and really worried about mmc again like you. Was a wreck at 9 weeks. Happy for you 😁

@Swisbest2 if your going to be 13 weeks then call them and ask if they have had a cancellation. Mine did and moved me forward a week! Worth asking!
Don't stress, the odds of miscarriage go down so dramatically week on week.

I'm just a lil confused and can't talk about this with anyone in RL just yet as feel too early so hoping those of you more clued up can explain something to me...... seeing some ladies saying they're 5 weeks and x days and due in June, but according to midwife, NHS website and 3 pregnancy apps I'm 5 weeks and 5 days, and due July 12th?? V likely just me being daft but can someone explain? thanks!

Hi @wineandcatsandlego that works....if you last period was October sometime you would be about 5 weeks and due in July ☺️

Morning all, feeling miserable today, have a cold since Sunday and terrible cough with it, the cough is in my throat. I rang the nurse last night to see if there was anything I can do for it, she said just tea with honey and lemon, I've been having it every few hours since last night but still feeling so terrible. I want to go to the doctor for a checkup incase I have pharyngitis like last year which would need a steroid. Don't know if im just being dramatic though and I should just wait it out

@carlyb such a gorgeous photo 😊 bet youre over the moon. I asked about sooner but thats it theyre really busy. Work is probably getting suspect with all these hospital appointments too cos im otherwise fit and healthy lol. Im probably stressing more cos boobs arent as painful but nothing i can do anyway and like i said by this weekend is when id properly lost last time. Just a rollercoaster.

@nathansmommy1 doctors would help put your mind at ease dont worry about what they think 😊

So I went to the doctor and after ages of trying to find something I could take to ease the cough, he gave me a prescription for two cough bottles which he said I could take in moderation. But he said 'just check this with the pharmacist' so I did and they said no I can't have them .
So looks like there's nothing I can do

@Swisbest2 they say your hormones have surges at different times so don't fret to much! I was the same when I got to the time I had my mmc last time so I know how you feel..try not to focus on the changes in your boobs. I noticed my boobs were not as sore but headaches appeared a little more!
I'm sure all is well, if your worried though have a look at going for another early scan to put your mind at ease xx

@nathansmommy1 thats really bad 😣 when ive got a really tickly cough and ive gotta sing i slowly swallow a tablespoon of greek honey which cant do any harm?
@carlyb thats a good idea sure ill find something else to worry about then though! 😂 im terrified if im honest. K just dont want to be in that same room again to be in floods of tears feeling like a failure in front of the recption full of happy families and their bumps

Uggghhh 11+5 and have got horrendous heartburn! Raided the cupboards and found some gavisgon - the relief has been immediate. Didn’t realise you could get it this early, it’s been progressively getting worse for a couple of weeks now but tonight was awful!

I hadit second and third tri with DD.

@Iswallowtoothpaste - I'm 11+3 and started getting heartburn too :-/

Is anybody else feeling as beautiful as me with their pregnancy.
I have;
A huge cold sore
An outbreak of spots
And my hairs gone all frizzy 😂😂😂 definitely no glow here yet

Haha same here! 12 weeks today and I’ve woken up feeling sick, tired, achy and in a puddle of my own saliva.

I also wee myself when I’m retching to be sick.

😂 glad it's not just me. The DP says I haven't really got that 'pregnancy glow yet" 🙈

Love it 😂😂 ive also been extremely needy, sensitive, crying and a lot and needing more attention apparently im high maintenancr 🤔
