Anyone else 4 weeks pregnant?

I was four weeks pregnant on Wednesday, confirmed my blood test that day. All being well, I'm due on 4/4/19. I really hope to have an easier pregnancy this time as I have a very boisterous toddler now.

Anyone else got their happy news this week?

Hi ladies. I haven't had a blood test confirmed but pregnancy tests! Should be due the 4th April aswell! First one. Very nervous and worrying about EVERYTHING x

Elderflower78 · 27/07/2018 15:33

Me too. I'm due 3rd April. Congratulations.

I have sore swollen boobs but they are better than they were last week and I have went off chicken.

Delilah7 · 27/07/2018 15:36

I'm getting ridiculous spots at the moment :)

Dalesgirl16 · 27/07/2018 16:54

I have no symptoms yet. I had none til eight weeks other than strong sense of smell last time. I got terrible skin the first trimester too!

My dates are exactly the same as yours OP! Smile this is my first pregnancy and we've been trying for a year so I'm so anxious it's unreal!

So far I've had pulling/pinching pains and a little dizziness, but other than that I don't feel pregnant at all. Kinda wishing for other symptoms to make it feel real! (Will probably regret it when they actually arrive) lol xx

March19Baby · 27/07/2018 20:41

I'm due 29th March, so 5 weeks today!

Also my first! Smile

Kelsoid · 28/07/2018 03:10

Hi ladies! My first too and also due 4th April :)

I'm having crazy sore boobs and have also had an acne breakout....already!! Tiny bit of brown spotting a couple days ago when AF would have been due, but after a panic call to my sister who's conveniently a midwife, she's said I only need to worry if it turns red and comes with severe pain. Of which neither have happened! Trying to stay positive as she's told me high cortisol levels will do no good. Just need to relaxxxxxxxx.

With that said, I've had both a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy before, so even in these early stages I'm literally worrying about every damn thing. My sister is gonna hate me by next March 😂 lucky to have her a Amy first port of call!

Delilah7 · 28/07/2018 07:55

I@Kelsoid my break out is driving me insane. Are you using anything for it??

organised5 · 28/07/2018 08:15

Me! Well I'm 3+5 which I think means due 8th April. Had very clear BFPs but just waiting for missed period before going to the doctor. First baby!

tillycat21 · 28/07/2018 08:41

I just had two positive pregnancy tests. Planning on registering with maternity services on Monday to get the ball rolling. The due date calculators would put me at 5 weeks gone and clear blue says 3 plus weeks so sounds about right.

Double post before I finished there too, oops.

This will be our first baby, first thing I wanted to do was tell my mum, but she is living in a different country after me and my partner recently moved, although we are close by to his parents. I don't want to really let people know until we are sure everything is fine with the little one, including the family.

This pregnancy wasn't planned, but we were going to try in 12 months time anyway, so we are just a bit ahead of schedule and really happy that we get to be parents.

BeeKeeping · 28/07/2018 08:52

Can I join? Due 5th of April, first baby 😬 very very excited and nervous!

Looking for advice on pretending to drink?! We’ve got friends round and they’ve brought special home made wine for everyone to try 😱 🐝x

SpadesOfGlory · 28/07/2018 10:03

So many first babies! Grin so exciting.

I'm a little worried about my lack of symptoms. I just feel a bit 'weird', quite hot and a kind of full feeling in my abdomen. I self referred to maternity services on Thursday so hopefully hear soon about my booking appointment!

Wordie · 28/07/2018 10:29

Hi Ladies, I had a very surprising BFP this morning. Date of last period means I should be 7 weeks pregnant but 7 weeks ago I had an early miscarriage and I think I ovulated late this month, so think I’m 4 weeks pregnant.

Congratulations to everyone on their BFPs!!

Kelsoid · 28/07/2018 12:56

@BeeKeeping hi from the SMEP boards!!! Was wondering when all the lovely BFP ladies from that thread would start slowly popping up here 😁

I totally know what you mean about drinking! I'm not telling my dad until 12 weeks because of my history. He offered me a margarita last night which I NEVER refuse....had to make up some crap about having already had too much sugar that day and was crashing 😂 I'm gonna need something so much better than that! Thinking when I finally get back to England next week I'll tell everyone I'm on a 'detox' 🙈

@Delilah7 nothing in particular at the moment, just carrying on with my clinique three step. It's weird we've had this symptom so early but my sister says that's normal, just because of all the new hormones!! Annoying isn't it!

So lovely to see so many ladies due around the same time, and with their first!!

Dalesgirl16 · 28/07/2018 13:16

Hi everyone. So many replies to my post already. Whoever is worrying about no symptoms, don't! It will come! I have just had to rush home from the shops as my nausea started! This is very early for me,at just four weeks. Horrible feeling. I'm going to send my husband out for ice later and hope it works for me again.

Anyone else literally worrying about EVERYTHING? Just tasted some drink and it tasted weird so now wondering if the juice was mouldy which would be so bad. Wondering everytime I eat anything if I'm meant to even though I know what to avoid. Anyone else have a weird small pain in their shoulder at all?

moleeye · 28/07/2018 15:22

Got my BFP today, shocked is an understatement!! Been trying for over two years, due 29th March, so 5+1. I have a 3.5 year old who is literally going to wet herself with excitement when we tell her 😂
Beyond happy. Congrats to you all xxx

Kelsoid · 28/07/2018 16:48

@Delilah7 yup!!! Pain in my shoulder and my hip as of this morning. Nothing sharp or horrendous, just little twinges. I'm seriously worrying about everything.

Delilah7 · 28/07/2018 17:17

@Kelsoid me too hunny!

fanks · 28/07/2018 19:24

Hi
I'm due around 24th March, had a miscarriage earlier this year so feeling very anxious not doing anything until I've had a private scan at 8weeks.

First sign was feeling sick 🤢 which has been coming and going.

BeeKeeping · 29/07/2018 00:17

Hi @kelsoid! So happy SMEP worked 😃

I think pretending to drink tonight worked 👍🏻 Less suspicious than turning drinks down. Obviously nobody actually notices if you finish/top up.

I’m really hoping that the sickness doesn’t appear... my mum had hyperemisis when she was pregnant with me 🤞

🐝xx

Delilah7 · 29/07/2018 13:01

Can I ask your ladies opinions? I'm aware 4 weeks early is very early. My grandad has two terminal cancers and could go at any moment. He's my best friend and we are very close. I never thought I'd ever get to tell him I'm pregnant and I'm kind of scared to wait just in case. I'd never forgive myself. I know it's early I know lots can happen but I'm scared.
