I'm booked for a c section on the 14th June because my hospital won't let me vba2c and I'm worried I'm not gonna make it until then. I'm getting a lot of Braxton Hicks, period cramping, feeling sick and a bad back ache. My mucous plug is coming away bit by bit (TMI) constipated. I'm hoping it's not the start of anything but at the same time I really want to vba2c cuz I hate c sections and hoping baby is just gonna plop out and then all is done and we're both okay Grin ugh.

GlamBump · 31/05/2018 14:46

@Fedupxmum oh gosh that does sound difficult! good luck to you! with you with that constipation lol! xx

I am 15 weeks today - worried i am too big for my first because my bump popped out this week.

Been googling 15-week bumps like no tomorrow as i haven't gained a single lb yet have a bump!

I assume its normal...

SomebodysNotInBedYet · 31/05/2018 14:58

I'm worried that I won't have the muscle strength to push the baby out. I have some minor prolapse from my first birth and it already feels like everything is falling out at 22 weeks! I think I'm being irrational because I've never been told it will affect delivery but I'll be double checking at my next appointment!

Magpie24 · 31/05/2018 15:00

Worried I look fat not pregnant at 17+2 and everyone at work will think il greedy not pregnant (haven't told everyone yet)!

SisterA · 31/05/2018 15:00

Today I'm irrationally worried about sneezing. I feel silly but I'm kind of laughing at myself - I know it's not a REAL fear!

GlamBump · 31/05/2018 15:05

@ellsharks oh i wouldnt worry! i noticed a bump appearing around last week (14 weeks) and its my first pregnancy too :)

15+3 aswell today and I'm worried about how tired I am literally having to haul myself out of bed 😫 plus having a 4 yr old demanding constantly doesn't help 😴

Stephisaur · 31/05/2018 15:17

11+2, scan tomorrow so:

  • will there even be a baby in there, or am I just fat and sick?
  • how MANY babies are in there?
  • once the baby is ready to come, how will I get to hospital? DH can't drive and I assume I'm not really supposed to drive myself!
GlamBump · 31/05/2018 15:25

@Stephisaur hahaha i was the same before scan!! "what if all 5 of those tests over the space of 3 weeks, the morning sickness and tiredness are all false and im having a phantom pregnancy?!"

such a relief to see babe in there!

21 weeks and I've had the worry about hurting the baby by pooing, wondering will there even be a baby at the 12-week scan, and fed up of just looking fat (that has finally switched to definitely pregnant this last week) so I'm glad to see that I'm normal!

@Stephisaur we don't have a car and I really don't want my waters to break in a taxi so I'm genuinely contemplating getting a bus to the Women's at the first sign of anything and just sitting in the café until it's time to go in. Hopefully not shouting too loudly with the contractions!!!

As for me, baby has finally started wriggling this week so now I'm at the 'is she wriggling as much as she was yesterday?' stage, which I'm guessing will last right until she makes an appearance.

Stephisaur · 31/05/2018 16:16

@TinyTerror1 good plan! Maybe I could drive over when they're not too bad and just camp out Grin

Eminybob · 31/05/2018 16:21

This is my type of thread I worry about everything.

I’m 14+5 with number 2. I think I’ve started to feel flutters already, but then have been worrying because I’ve not felt any today.

I worry I’m too big as my bump has popped out right at the top even though I know baby is still at the bottom. I assume it’s just my muscles stretching from last time, to be fair they never really went properly back after ds. But anyway, I look about 6 months pregnant!

I worry I’ve drank too much caffeine today.

32+3 with baby number 1! Worrying about something going wrong. I've had one episode of reduced movements so far, and it was stressful!

LiitleAce · 31/05/2018 16:46

24+2 with severe bronchitis. Worrying if all this coughing is affecting the baby 😭

TinyTerror1 · 31/05/2018 16:48

@Milknosugar1 I can see you getting a taxi just before 1am every night from your due date onwards Grin

TammySwansonTwo · 31/05/2018 16:50

how MANY babies are in there?

At least this occurred to you. My DH joked from the start that it was triplets and I thought it was really funny, but never considered more than one. Finding out there were two was the biggest shock of my life!

Thanks! I'm only 4 months so plenty of time to work something out

Aw12345 · 31/05/2018 17:44

Will I mentally survive the last (up to) 12 weeks of pregnancy?! It's wearing thin already and only 30 weeks.... Do NOT enjoy pregnancy at all! Sad

wombats · 31/05/2018 17:49

I've also had the sneezing worry, got massive hayfever and shocked te baby hasn't fallen out yet! Today had a bit of cramping too (13 weeks) so of course worried about miscarrying Confused
