I'm so nervous.

I have pcos snd have been ttc for over 2 years I had one pregnancy which ended in miscarriage
I was diagnosed with pcos in December and got put on metformin
The nurse told me that metformin prob wouldn't help me conceive so would be put on clomid to in Feb ( next week I have my appointment for the clomid)

I don't know if it's BFP or evap line coz when I did the test abit of wee got into the window but the line came up within the time frame of the tears instructions
I don't want to believe it and get my hopes up

Well it is a positive test, there’s no doubt.

They are both most definitely positive. I have PCSO too so I understand where your coming from but they are both definitely positive. Congratulations sweetie.

I feel numb I don't even feel like this is real

I just felt like I would never experience this and it feels like such a long time coming

This was on metformin alone so there is hope you for if your on Pcos

I really hope you will get your BFP soon

I just don't want to get my hopes up :/ xx

Alice, congratulations, what a well deserved bfp. Can you do a FRER as well as I normally find them no reliable so no doubt of evap. Wishing you a healthy, happy, boring and uneventful next 8 months

Usually I am a massive sceptic and disagree with everyone but that is a huge BFP!

I just wondered if anyone knew as I can't find it on my paper work can you take metformin whilst pregnant as I don't want to take my tablet if I'm not 100%

I just cannot put into words how this feels

I am on the pcos thread to and I've heard wonderful news on there for people
Getting pregnant but never thought it would be me

We have been ttc for nearly 2 years now with one miscarriage which left is heart broken but I didn't find out till 10
Weeks I was even pregnant

It just feels like a life time we've been waiting and finally our time
Has come I feel so blessed to be able to have this chance and all I can say is metformin is amazing

I had to stop taking mine. Xx

I know someone who the same thing happened to and I think she had to keep taking the metformin throughout pregnancy as she'd just started when she conceived...anyway def check with your doctor and huge congrats! Hope all goes well!

Oh I am so happy for you! Re metformin I have gestational diabetes and have been taking then since 16 weeks. Please check with your doctor. Fantastic news. Very happy for you
