I spotted at 7+4 and having had a miscarriage a couple of months previously I obviously feared the absolute worst.

Needless to say all was well, had an early scan and it was just a cervical erosion. Lovley doc said it happens in 40% of pregnancies. I am 37 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby.

Lots of luck to you, remember what happened at Xmas all too well. Can you get an early scan?

Remember brown means old! Any pain or bright red bleeding please get checked straight away.

Wishing you all the best.

i have a meeting with new client in the morning too - hope it settles!

thanks ShowofHands

I remember your support at christmas, thank you

PLEASE let me be ok. I spotted with DS but find it hard to be comforted by that as I had little more than spotting with the miscarriage.

arghhhhhhhh

colditz · 26/04/2007 22:00

I did, quite bright red, right up to 14 weeks, both babies fine.

Bubbaloo · 26/04/2007 22:01

I had bleeds at 7 weeks,13 weeks,16 weeks and 22 weeks which were a huge worry.Doc's couldn't find a reason behind it and ds2 was thankfully born healthy last Tuesday morning.
Best of luck.x

Nemo2007 · 26/04/2007 22:01

I bled with both DS and DD2.Very very common to bleed in pregnancy especially around times when periods would have been due.

Jenkeywoo · 26/04/2007 22:04

I had two miscarriages then with my 3rd pregnancy spotting, followed by quite a lot of bright red blood and we had pretty well given up hope - but DD hung in there and is now a strapping two and half year old. My friend also had a lot of bleeding up to about 14 weeks with her first successful pregnancy. Best wishes, this is a scary time for you and I hope you get some reassuring news soon.

RGPargy · 26/04/2007 22:05

I bled a little too. Brown stuff too. Think i was about 6 weeks. it lasted for a couple of days but all is well now (i'm 9+3).

I'm sure you'll be fine!

Aloha · 26/04/2007 22:05

I bled quite a bit in early pregnancy and everything was fine. Will that do? if you like I will email you a picture of my spectacularly beautiful and advanced two year old!

Lio · 26/04/2007 22:07

i have thrush atm (tmi sorry)

could that cause it?

OP posts:
Greensleeves · 26/04/2007 22:11

bled quite significantly in both my pregnancies and had healthy babies.

Nemo2007 · 26/04/2007 22:12

pecka it might be why you are bleeding. Do you have an epu? It could also be a water infection of the like.

BonyM · 26/04/2007 22:14

I had early spotting with dd1. All fine. Hope all ok. x

PeckaRolloverAgain · 26/04/2007 22:14

yeah, have an epu. they dealt with me last time

tried to make an appt with gp so they could refer me for reassurance scan but i had to put a urine sample in first. so results from that back tomorrow and only then i can make an appoint (probably have to wait a few days) then i can ask him to refer me

OP posts:
snottyshoulders · 26/04/2007 22:19

Could you just ring the epu or turn up there? I had bleeding (bright red) at 20 weeks with my ds2 (aged 1 now) and they saw me straight away, I just walked in.....Or go to A and E/ walk in centre??

MuminBrum · 26/04/2007 22:24

I had the exact same thing, brown spotting around six weeks, went to the EPAU in a panic. DS is now three and fit as a fiddle. I am sure everything is well for you, but do get yourself checked out for reassurance, and keep us posted.

kathryn77 · 26/04/2007 22:38

hi, had bleeding at 7 weeks and then had a perfect ds last august... to be honest had spotting all the way througn pregnancy but had it checked out every time it happened.

hope it turns out ok for you

Heathcliffscathy · 26/04/2007 22:38

lulumama · 26/04/2007 22:39
