Yep, it's me, 40 weeks on Tues! I have to face at least 2 or 3 people in the next few days who are going to say that very phrase so dear to all our expectant hearts!!!!!!!
Anyone got some classic one liners for the appropriate moment??????????

Fake a contraction, grab the persons hand and squeeze the shit out of it. Then say I think it's on the way. That'll worry them!!!! Plus you might laugh that hard you never know it might trigger something. Good luck anyway.

No putdowns but I really do sympathise as ds1 and ds2 were 11 and 14 days overdue.

I cannot believe your baby is almost here - best of luck with the birth and I look forward to reading your birth story.

I was late with both of mine. The second time I was told to eat fresh pineapple. 2 hours after eating a whole one, contractions started! Worked a treat for me....
